emulator? How do u get that visual boy advance thing?

I dl a naruto gba game but it says i need an emulator The site recommened for me to dl the latest versionof visual boy advance.

Put VisualBoyAdvance in google and it should find you a page which has the program. it took me 20 minutes to find.
