As Dweezil so sweetly put it ^^ its a basic php forum it comes with maybe two or three pre-made themes. If they want to make it look different then all the other php forums out there they simply have to make a theme with unique graphics , it doesn't make it the same as another forum because the graphics are the same. Whats impotant at a web forum is its member base and the content. It doesn't mean anyone was copying the other. But getting upset about isn't going to solve anything. Please be respectful at this forum there are a lot of members here who take that stuff personal as you can see from above.

All the forum layouts are basically the same, it just all depends on what you make out of it.
I just had a quick look at animestash and of what I can see do they have other topic's to this one, so that alone makes it different.
This one is specialised for Naruto, animestash has a greater variety of topic's.

I could give you several links to various forums which all look the same at first glace..no need to get stroppy about it.

"oo the forums look the same" bah, if you had any common sense then you'd realize that MOST forums look the same. Dont come in and bash the forums because you might piss off one of the regs here. its ok Dweezil I get offended when people insult my favorite hang outs too. Some people think they know everything and they posts some stupid stuff and leave. This guy seems to either be spamming for that other forum. Most likely he likes his other digs hopefully he will stay there or think twice about what he says about this forum before he posts. ^_^
