The ending of chapter 219 left me wondering a lot. What REALY happened between Sasuke and Itachi that night Uchiha got destroyed. It would be a bit of a dissapointment(sp?) if they decide to go the "Sasuke helped to slay Uchiha Clan and now feels all guilty about it". The way chapter 220 is set up can either make or break this series for me, but so far they havnt failed me yet.

I'd say..Itachi felt bad..so he didn't kill sasuke..but also had in mind that sasuke would want revenge and than woudl want to be more powerful than itachi..ssoo itachi probably left sasuke alive as another test...just a thought..and monopoly with prison rules own! you start in jail..with 5$

yeah i think that itachi actually like/loved his little brother so he left him alive. and i think that he may want him as a second challenge or maybe he wants asuke to be the one that kills him

nonono~Actually say itachi isn't a very bad man, he did not kill anybody in his family because it did by another people At the end the 4th was the last boss,and you can see it did by a person named Tiger.but sasuki still killed his brother because he didn't know the turth

personally i think he left sasuke alive ...as a later test, for when itachi has grown more powerful as well as sauke. he seems the kind of person who cant find meaning for their existance, no rea motivation to be alive, except they dont want to die,

It may just be refuring to dramatic irony, although Naruto does have some idea of the situation so...it may be something else, probably something about Itachi and Sasuke's relationship prior to all the dieing and agnst and such.

Sasuke doesnt kno it but the clan is still alive... they moved to another village and sasuke got mad, he got soo mad, that he used the weird mental jutsu thingy sharingan on himself wen he looked in the mirror... and since the family wasnt in their house anymore, sasuke believed that itachi killed his clan...

Did anyone notice that Itachi has three dots in his Sharingan [so does Kakashi] but Sasuke only has two..
