Anyways,what do yo mean by what format to read it in? dont all the pages already come in a format (eg jgp, psd, png, gif)?

If yu are looking for opening the files when in compressed (.rar or .zip) format download and install winrar or winzip- which uncompresses the file.

after that to for a programme to view the images in the file you should look for an image viewer like microsoft photoeditor. They are free for download- use your google or yahoo search engines.
