234 is the chapter right after their fight.
238 is the last chapter that has made it to anime (ends with Akatsuki meeting).

For both questions, a filler is when the anime lets the manga get farther ahead before pursuing the storyline.

episode-- relates to anime. chapter relates to manga releases. Any mention of 4TKN is only in the manga. chapter 299 page 7-8-9 is the best reference to what 4TKN did. There is one other reference in which jiraiya shows his scar to Tsunade and Kakashi in the hospital. but 299 should suffice

HUH??? Wind release rasengan isnt the hight in chakra manipulation( actually it is), its RASENGAN which is the highest in wind manipulation, so wind rasengan has a rasengan so ...

no cuz i was having a discussion saying who has higher chakra manipulation. saske with lightning sword thing or naruto with resengan.
I said saske but others said it was stated in the manga that resengan was highest lv. wich chapter does it say that?

Em, the chapter that jiraiya taught naruto rasengan O_O.lemme check out the number... its common knowledge that rasengan is the highest lvl of chakra manipulation...

Well, its quite early to speculate about Sasuke's power and a possible win situation if he were to face Itachi again, last chapter left us a big clue, Itachi made an ass out of one of the legendary sanin, that put him right on the same level as Jiraya, but then If Itachi is that powerful, which begs the question how would you rank the Aka leader??

back to Sasuke, what drove Sasuke to go beserk and beat Oro, Simply to measure his Power, since he found out that Itachi had an encouter with oro and defeated him.

now what is left to sasuke is to prepare an assult on Akatsuki organisation and accomplish his revenge plan

Exactly, the 4Tailed Kyubi is not a justu, it's a physical state where naruto cannot make a difference between good and evil.....at this stage he becomes a great danger to either friends or foe.

I believe, I am not sure though , the fourth used a technic that allows him to teleport himself he was so freaking fast that people called him the yellow flash ( the trail left because of the colour of his hair) since jiraya was his sensei, technicaly and probably he transmitted the same knowledge to Naruto during the time skip.

but then hey we really dont know, as to Sasuke he was also taught a terrible technique by Orochimaru, remember chapter 309 or 308. innevitably both Naruto and Sasuke will meet for another fight under what circumstances we dont know but it will be dramatic as hell.

I wonder how good looking is the mysterious female akatsuki member and what power does she possess,

If you check wikipedia, you can search for naruto shippuden episodes, and you'll see a list of the episodes and when they air. (dubbed, they usually go for Friday -Greenwich +1)

for the chapters, just read the prediction threads here, or ask in those threads, and you'll get an answer. But usually you get them every week. Check the "latest manga/anime releases"-part of the forum, and you'll see (if you look at the first post) when they get released around here :)

its hard to say (Especially with shippooden now), but it took the anime 135 epis to get to fillers and it took the manga 238 chapters to hit the point where the fillers would have started. so...

(238/135) chapters per episode. roughly. you do the math, my calculater is miles away

from any sites the regular naruto manga is downloaded since they're part of the regular manga. If I remember correctly they are from chapter 239 to 244... If I'm wrong then it's somewhere in that ball park.

Also, next time you have a simple question like this, then ask it in the manga spam zone.
