well, it is infact the episode in real media format. I also didnt post it because i wanted someone to post it this time. The continuation of the konoha bomb or whatever arc.
This is not Kakashi Gaiden- and i hope fans can wait a lot longer- i am really starting to believe it may take at least the manga being ahead like 90-100 chapters before we get back to it. i dont know- KG could be aired in the next 2 months but dont expect it in the next month.

this episode is the end of this arc. Quite nice though- for a naruto filler. A new filler begins in the next episode.

Anyway I love how every character got some highlights. Neji however seemed to be left out. Why Shikamaru would send Hinata down to help Naruto when she had exhausted herself ealier doesn't make sense to me. But yeah, I think it would've been cool too if Kiba and Lee ganged up on the old man seeing as Kiba could either directly attack or direct Lee's attacks in the smoke screen.
All-in-all I would suggest this arch to even those who hate fillers. If nothing else you get to see some character interactions you may never see in the main arch. (Sakura/Ino/Hinata, Tenten/Shino/Kiba, Sakura/Kiba, Hinata/Sakura, Neji/Hinata (playing nice) lol)
And *yawn* it seems we'll get to see Sasgay next week huh? lol

wow the animation reminded me of older episdoes it was so mc mroe better then the typical filler episodes animation, also I enjoyed this episode allot. I thought it was at the same time funny and sweet what gennou intentions were after meeting Naruto,. for a filler this was an escellent episdoe ^.^

Wow.. this arc actually ended pretty good. It was actually pretty enjoyable to watch it end.
So I guess people were right with their guesses that 202 would be a look back at 5 previous fights. Certainly looks that way from the preview. I won't who the "special guest" will be. It looks like one of those TV-specials where the Naruto characters host a show. Maybe the 3rd will come back?? Or Jiraiya?

The preview for 202 was Naruto and Sakura holding a microphone with old scenes playing on a tv screen in back. Think back to a few seasons ago (okay like 4-5) when Naruto/Sakura/Sasuke took turns talking about stuff that happened in the Narutoverse and introducing characters. Seems like that's what the next episode will be. Apparantly some "special guess that hasn't been seen in a long time" will be doing it. I'm guessing the 3rd hopefully! :D

It might be sasuke.. but that would be wierd.. but then again, that would be just right for a recap episode... but then again, that would make the fans crazy.. but then again.. that would be just like the fillers so far.

wow, like said previously, this episode reminds me of the older episodes...
Animation WAS SUPERB! Nice way to end the filler arc. Cant wait till next eppy *Cough* NARU SAKU FOR EVER!!!!!!*cough* Sad that genou died but oh well... When I first saw the pic though, I was like. Omg shoot the theory out of the sky that 4th is his father... nope its old man gennou! lol but we learned the two where just look alikes... nice to see everyone working as a team, not naruto kage bushin rasengen PWN enemy leave... It was quite different... This is definetly the best filler arc so far...

It's the "five best bouts" so naturally it's going to have sasuke in them. I'd be kinda silly to bring Sasuke back since he's gone off to Orochimaru and trained this whole time we've had filler. But maybe.

But next week is probally 60min... Its a special, most specials are an hour long... MOST, not all... I could be wrong... Though im hoping for a one hour deal.. XD

No I mean when they are going to broadcast an hour long special they say specifically that it's going to be aired during two time slots so viewers in Japan know. Yes next weeks show is a special in that it's not filler but a recap show but they said nothing about it taking two time slots so I wouldn't count on it :P

Wow. That is hilarious! They actually admitted on the show that the fillers caused them to lose viewers! I'd never expect to see that on a tv show.

I actually liked the end of that arc. I've been complaining nonstop about the filler arc... but the ending wasn't bad. From the looks of it, the 90 minute special didn't look like Kakashi Gaiden to me. Anyone know what it's gonna be?

i was expecting alot more from this arc due but seems it'll be all non-fighting running around guff Sad Have a really bad feeling this is all going to end up as some sort of big prank/training exercise and everyone will have good chuckle at the end.
On a lighter note what the hell was with onion boy's head!!! hahahahahaha
I hate when i'm right!! thought that was a very cheesy and rubbish ending to a very good build up :(
I was disappointed with that.
And this 90 minute special looks like it will probably be another filler,
But i'm hopeful it'll have some bits about the time skip ready for the anime to return to the manga the following week.

I just can't wait until the time skip. That will be absolutely amazing! I'm so excited for it. But they should still do a little bit on the Kakashi Gaiden thing. It was really good in the manga... but they should put it in the anime too!

I heard the 90 min episode was going to be the Kakashi Gaiden? But theres still like a few more fillers or somethig like that, i'm probaley wrong =p , but still it's nice to think that way :D anyway the special guest is probaley the hermit pervert or Sauske, cause it make more sense this way ^.^

Yes, they said it was going to be somebody who we haven't seen in a while. So who have we not seen in a while...Sasuke, Jiraiya, Haku, Boss Toad, Kakashi, Anko, I don't remember his name but the guy who was the first instructor in the chunnin exam, uhh....Orochimaru, hmm....Kabuto...this could go on for a while. I'm leaning away from the characters that actually affect the show, sorry no bad guys.
This was one of the best episodes I've seen in months! I loved it like a fat kid loves cake. Really interesting to see how far that guy went, he covered everything. And when him and Lee got outta' the smoke I expected him to have pulled yet another fast one, then the genjutsu, I was duped. It's nice to see them back on track with excellent episodes!

Yeah, witnessing and being accomplice to the death of your own father would suck. But then you could say he's been aiding/abedding a a mass murderer (Kyuubi) Besides that he wasn't THAT close to the geezer, he only ate with him a few times. And he had to expect him to die sooner or later, he didn't seem all that young to me, and he wasn't eating right.
Good thing for Konoha that Naruto looks like every angst'd ninjas long lost relative!
