Suggestions:
First one: God, fix that bar, try something like Opacity 70% Fill 80% Font sux
Second one: Bg is WAY too easy and simple. Font sux
Third one: Matrix with Naruto... It's clever, but horrid, doesn't flow at all... Font sux
Fourth one: WAY too busy, plus bad cutting job Font sux. Stroke doesn't work with it either.

Compliments:
First one Bg: flows with the pic.
Second one: Outer glow fits, works better with drop shadow though.
Third one: Clever style, if it wasn't Naruto it'd work.
Fourth one: Ok, shadow looks good, little busy however, but it flows.

Alright Gaara lets rate yours, oh wait you dont have one. Actually I know youve made many so. The first picks bar is acutally 70 opacity and 90 fill so....
