I always thought the Naruto universe lacks too much reality in copying other's appearance. First, if copying others is that easy (Genins do it right), there should be many people in disguise everywhere. Some would do it for fun, others would stay unnoticed, etc. I don't want to argue on that topic, but life would be a mess with such easy disguises...

What's up with Gai? He can't remember his own disguise while doing a quest...
Let's not forget the jounins who can't recognize an impostor. On top of that, they care little about ''Gai'' entering the city a second time...

I enjoyed this filler I got a laugh out of it. At the least it was an improvement from previous fillers. Plus I kinda liked Naruto and them all fighting. Hahah Lee couldn't fight Sakura, Narutos a genius :lol:

First decent episode in a long time in my opinion. It seemed pretty obvious that as soon as Gai had his costume on and had to go on a mission that someone would end up using henge on him in his costume. It was funnny but didn't they already do this before? Gai copycat, evil ninjas using henge to enter Konoha easily? I guess the guys thinking up the filler guessed that their previous episodes were so fantastic they could just mix up all the ideas and make new plots from them? :P

True expect that when Lee fought Gaara the only way to get in hits was to defeat the Sand first. Naruto (pre-rasengan) would never have beaten Gaara in that state in my opinion. Naruto was able to kick Gaaras butt because he started releasing his demon and stopped using the Sand defense.. and Naruto had bushins. I think if Lee had fought Gaara once he started releasing his demon that Lee could have whooped the crap outta Gaara. Although once Gaara was fully released Lee would have had no chance. As far as Neji... we'll never really know. Naruto wasn't doing all that hot until he started to use Kyuuni goodness to help him out. You could easily agrue that Lee with his gates open would have been stronger then Naruto with Kyuubi during that Neji fight.

I agree that in a normal fight Lee could take Naruto easily, avoiding Rasengan easily and all that. I think once Naruto started to use Kyuubi more like versus Sasuke, Lee would have to go to the gates .

Thing is, Naruto is dorky and clumsy we all know that. But when he is in a serious fight, he knows what he's doing. Full surprises as you might say.

Naruto fought with Gaara without using the kyuubi's power until the last moment. When Gaara had him stuck on the raccoons (for u cr :P RACCOONS XD) snout.

When Naruto fought Neji, before Neji closed his tenketsu, even Neji was a bit surprised Naruto could think that quickly when it came to fighting.

Lee already excepts that Naruto is strong and is able to defeat the two people he cold not. Which is why Lee would not mind fighting Naruto. Otherwise, Lee wouldn't have bothered saying "You came to challenged the Dojo :P let us fight"

Even the brainiac Shikamaru does not want to fight Naruto.

heh (especially of the lately manga) naruto actually is really slow. but hes slow in comprehension skills, i dont think in the manga he was ever slow in battle stradegies and stuff like that, hes just slow in the stuff sakura is good at, the stuff that doesent matter in a real fight

I guess, but he certainly didn't look like he was moving anywhere near that speed. And he didn't have super human strengh like Lee.. I mean, if Uzumaki Naruto Rendan messed him that bad imagine a solid hit from Lee... but I'm not saying that lee would beat him necessarily.

I personally don't think naruto's hits are weaker than lee's. With the rendan they were solid hits. And rapidly after one another. You could sorta compare it to neiji's divination hits type of speed. I honestly don't think lee can compare.

I think lee's techniques are better, but as for strength of puch. I pretty much think they are the same.

Again I download this week's episode for the preview of the next. And yet again we have Hinata, Kiba, Naruto. I'm not complaining, they tend to be pretty funny.

As for this week's episode eh.

And as for the Lee vs. Naruto debate. My opinion is that Lee's biggest flaw is getting around absolute defenses. If Lee was fighting Naruto, all he'd have to do is knock out Naruto before the fight drags on. The longer the fight, the more likely he'll get desperate and pull out his trump card. And I think Lee could easily run past Naruto's vision and knock him out easily. But Lee loves the actual fight so that probably wouldn't happen.

How much longer until the third movie, anyway? Because the ending theme seems to re-use a lot of old frames (heck, the moon is the exact same one as in the ending we just had), so it seems almost like a filler animation until a soon-to-come new one. Which would suggest a return to the plot. But whatever. They could just be lazy.

As for Naruto vs Lee: Lee's speed is stronger, and he definantly outclasses Naruto in taijitsu by far. These two factors are superior enough that you'd think Lee would beat Naruto before the fight even had the chance to start. However, Naruto has an advantage in his large amount of chakra, ability to use ninjitsu, ability to tap into the Chuubi's strength, etc. Also, he's better at on-the-spot strategy. Yes, he seems dumb at times, but that is due to lack of knowledge, not brains. He was the class clown. That doesn't stop him from being smart. His strategies are a bit one-dimensional (hence why his plans are only good for things that happen right away, not several turns into the future), but he's a quick thinker when it comes to being on the spot. And it's not like he's going against someone who thinks strategically. Lee's strategy is "punch harder, run faster". So he outclasses him there, no matter how you view Naruto's ideas in battle.

So a draw seems very plausible to me.
