download wants password?

Hi i look some topic which proplems like my proplem but i coudnt find same of mine..
When i start download from "Download from Server 4 (San Diego, California)" It says "You don't have permission to access /nchaos/episodes/anbu-aone/[ANBU-AonE]_Naruto_06_[D936F7AC].zip on this server"
I am not using firewall and i am not leach also.. When i try download from DAP it wants from me acc name pass.. when i write my username pass it doesnt accept it.how can i solve this proplem?

well, i disabled part of the anti leech that DAP was having problems with so it shouldnt give that error anymore.
