My Fanfiction 2 - The Prequel (READ DAMN YOU)

This is a prequel to my other fanfiction. So if you haven’t read it, go read it now or don’t read this. Because you wouldn’t understand it if you didn’t even know who you were reading about. And this is not based on the rp.

Chapter One: Enter Chikari Uchiha

Chikari was only 7, but he was determined to join the academy and become a great ninja. He trained alone at his house a lot, since he didn’t have parents. Or any friends. He didn’t have anything to do, so he just trained at his house. He knew what it took to become a ninja, so he practice and did all sorts of training exercises.

One day after a bunch of training, he was feeling too tired to continue, so he went to the academy to see if he could join and become a real ninja. He walked through the door and looked around the academy. He didn’t know where he was going and then he bumped into a chuunin walking through the halls.

“Hey kid, what are you doing here?”

Chikari looked at the chuunin.

“I was lost, and I was wondering if I could join the academy to become a ninja.”

“Well, I’m not one to judge. But right now the academy isn’t teaching. But, you’re in luck because in a few days it’s opening up again, so you can join at that time.”

Chikari was happy and thanked the chuunin and left back to his house. For now, he would stop his training, and wait to continue when he joined the academy.

---A FEW DAYS LATER---

A lot of kids were lined up at the academy to apply for it. Apparently a lot of kids wanted to become ninja, but Chikari knew he was above all these people. Eventually, after a while waiting in line, he was in the academy.

He glanced around, looking for people who might be a challenge to him. He spotted a few people, but he didn’t care. The teacher started speaking.

“Well, this is the first day for you all at the academy. Today we won’t actually be training. You can all go around and introduce yourselves and make new friends.”

Everyone got up and went around and there was loud chatter in the room. Chikari stayed in his seat watching everyone converse. Chikari knew why he was being ignored. It was because Chikari had a demon inside of him. He didn’t really care about being ignored, because he learned how to use the demons power. As long as he had this power, he could be ignored by the entire world for all he cared.

A few hours passed, and the students were released. Chikari went home, a little disappointed by the first day. He knew though that the first day wasn’t meant for training. He knew it would get better. He did the things you do before bed and then went to bed, waiting for the next day.

Chapter Two: Day Two

It was late into night as Chikari slept at his house. He didn’t have dreams, but sometimes he did meet with isonade in mental communications. He was still young and becoming a ninja, so he didn’t know how to communicate with it on his own. But tonight he didn’t see the shark isonade.

Chikari woke up when the sunlight went through his window and showed on his face. He got up and did those things you do, then he made some ramen for breakfast. As he finished his ramen he remembered that he was an academy student now. He packed up his things and left for the academy.

He arrived at the academy half an hour early, but he didn’t mind. He walked through the doors and walked down the hallway to his room. It was so empty without the people here. When Chikari entered the door, there was one other kid there. Chikari sat down next to him.

He noticed chikari sitting down next to him. “Hello, I didn’t think other kids would be here so early. What’s your name?” he said smiling at chikari.

‘What’s with this kid? Does he realize I have a demon inside of me?’ chikari thought to himself. “My name is Uchiha Chikari. What’s your name?” he said smiling back.

“Hello Uchiha Chikari, my name is Okazamichi Shige.”

The two continued there conversation, and eventually all the other students arrived. Everyone took their seats and the teacher walked in.

“Alright students, yesterday was a little dull I know, but today we’ll actually do stuff. The first thing we’ll do is some shuriken and kunai training. So let’s go to the training field outside.”

The students got up and went outside and headed towards the kunai/shuriken field. Chikari was one of the last ones to go. Most of the kids sucked since after all, this was the first day of real training with anything. When chikari got up, he nailed the bull’s eye all 10 times he threw the kunai and shuriken. Shige did the same thing.

“Alright students keep practicing. Chikari-kun and shige-kun come here. I need to speak to you.”

All the students grabbed their kunai and kept practicing. Chikari and shige walked over to the teacher. “What is it teacher?”

“Apparently, your skilled ninja. Do you know all of the basic skills? Because if you do we can automatically graduate you if you can prove it to us that you’d be good genin.”

“Yes we do know all the skills. So can we graduate today?”

“Yes, come with me. Alright students I’ll be back shortly. Just keep practicing”

Chikari, shige, and the chuunin left to a room inside the academy. The chuunin said to do the basic skills. They both pulled off the skills easily.

“Alright, you pass. Here are your headbands.” The chuunin said and handed them both their headbands. “Since your genin now, you will be assigned a sensei. But we didn’t expect you to graduate so early, so we’ll need to find you a sensei, but for now you can go home or do whatever. We’ll notify you when we have one.”

After becoming genin’s, shige and chikari left to get some ramen and become friends. They got some ramen and talked for a while and became friends. Then they went back to their houses, and went to bed, waiting for the next day.

Chapter Three: Chikari’s Team

It was the next day for chikari. He got out of bed and made some ramen. He thought today was going to be a boring day, so he just walked out the door. When he was closing it, he saw a note attached.

Hello Chikari, it was rather quick, but we found you a sensei. He has one student already, so you and shige will make a full team. Come to the academy at 2:00, to meet him. Room 237.

Chikari grabbed the note off the door and crumpled it up. “wow, it seems today wont be so boring.” He said and tossed the paper into the trash and check the time. It was 1:49.
He left for the academy.

He took his time, as there was 10 minutes to take. He arrived rather quickly though. When he got there, he asked someone for the time, and it was 1:58. so chikari went to room 237.

He got there in a minute and walked in the door. There were three people in the room. One of them shige. The other two were unknown to chikari, although everyone was around the same age, including the sensei.

Chikari walked up to the third teammate and asked her her name. she said it was Hanami Ariyoshita. Then the last person started speaking.

“Well, it seems the whole team is here now. So, I already know Ari’s name, so why don’t you two tell me your name.” he said and jumped up on the desk.

“My name is okazamichi shige.” Shige said and chikari said his name. “So, are you the sensei? But you’re the same age as us.”

“Yes, I am the sensei. I may be as young as you, but you don’t even realize, that I am the takikage. (I know the taki leader isn’t a kage, but takikage sounds good) anyway, my name is Nageru Minarai”

“and I know this might be sudden, but the chuunin exams are in 3 weeks. But seeing as you two graduated yesterday, on the second day, and ive been training Ari for awhile, we can train for a while and you guys can take the exam.”

“You really think we can become chuunin, already?” shige wondered.

”hey, look at me. I’m as old as you, and I’m then takikage. Anyway, I have a mission, since after all I’m the takikage. We’re heading to leaf, so you guys can get to know each other or do whatever. We’ll leave tomorrow, so you can do whatever you want today. “

Minarai finished up what he was saying and the team left to do their own personal things. First they went to get ramen together and talked there, then went their separate ways for now. Chikari went to his house and did some fun things, and went to bed when it was night time. He awaited his next trip to leaf village.

WOOT. wait, why am i celebrating that? anywayz..

Chapter Four: Chikari’s new friend

Chikari awoke and made some ramen for his breakfast. He got ready and left towards the gates of Taki. He walked there and arrived soon after he left his house. He got there to see minarai waiting for them.

“well, it seems you’re the first one here. Do you know where the others are?” minarai asked.

“I don’t know…” chikari begins and then turns around to see shige and ari coming towards the gate. “…never mind then.”

“alright guys, are you ready to go to konoha?” minarai said and everyone nodded. They left the gate and headed southeast to konoha. They talked to each other and learned more about each other as they traveled. Then a couple of hours later they made it to konohas gates. Minarai showed the guard his passport and they walked in.

“alright guys, ill see you later. You can go do whatever now. Oh, and I hear theres a fighting tournament you guys can enter.” He says and throws a kunai at a poster advertising the tournament.

The team went over to read the poster. They read the details and where it was and they left to the tournament which was beginning shortly. Ari and shige decided to just watch chikari fight. They arrived shortly at the arena. Chikari signed up and the other two left to get their seats.

After all the sign ups were given, chikari and all the other people came to see their first round match-ups. Chikari followed names with his finger until he reached his name.

“kurohebi sarukito. Sounds like an interesting opponent.” Chikari said and waited for his fight.

After a few fights happened, it was chikari’s turn. He walked onto the field and the entire crowd whispered about him being an uchiha, from the uchiha symbol on the back of his shirt. Then sarukito walked onto the field.

“If both opponents are ready, you may begin.” The examiner said and both ninja disappeared.

‘Well, since I don’t know this guy’s abilities, I’m at a disadvantage. But I’m an uchiha and everyone know my techniques. Most of mine anyway.’ Chikari was thinking as he hid.

Then sarukito came back onto the field. “Come out, uchiha. Let’s have a fair fight shall we?”

Chikari came out of hiding. “Alright then. I hope you’re a challenge to me and my sharingan.”

“Don’t worry uchiha, I have a doujutsu of my own.” He said and his pupil changed. His whole eye started changing. “I hope you’re a match to my tenrai hebigan and my other techniques.”

Seeing this eye of his, chikari activated his sharingan and did some handseals. “katon, goukakyuu no jutsu!”

“Hebi harakuri.” Sarukito says and dodges it at lightning speed. “heh, I bet you cant keep up with me speed. Now, take this! Baito Ato Chi Hebi!” he said and appeared in front of chikari and hit him with incredible speed, in all of his vital spots, while also sending chakra through chikaris arms, creating large amounts of pain for chikari. “and to finish it off, Hebi Hirate!” he says and opens his fist to make his palm visible with his pinky and his index fingers curved to resemble fangs of a snake, and hit chikari. The special mixture of chakra on sarukitos fingers entered chikaris system and opened his flood gates, making chikaris chakra flow out uselessly.

After being hit by hebi hirate chikari went flying backwards and crashed into a wall. He closed his flood gates and got up. “wow, that was some powerful taijutsu, but prepare yourself, for my taijutsu. Sharinganken No Taijutsu!”

Chikari rushed at sarukito ready to strik him. But when he got there sarukito disappeared and kicked chikari. He got up and rushed at him again, but sarukito grabbed his fist. “Your taijutsu seems powerful, but this, is my ultimate technique. The Kuro Kibo Hirate Hebi Yatsu Motte Genzon Kashira!”

Using the thumb, fore finger and middle finger in a snake bite formation, Sarukito attacked chikari with one strike. Following with two strikes, then 3 strikes, attacking again with 4 more strikes, 5 more strikes, then 6 strikes, 7 strikes, and finishing off with a final 8 strikes with the snake bite, the last being an open palm inverted Hebi Hirate strike that uses Chakra to send chikari sailing backward with intense power. Each "snake bite" strike uses Chakra moded to the fingers to slice and pierce the opponents body, draining chakra and blood in a debilitating move, leaving what looked like snake bites behind.

Chikari was badly injured. He had never met such a power opponent. The examiner walked up to the field. “Winner, kurohebi sarukito!”

“Maybe next time uchiha.”

Chikari got up and the team left. ‘damn that guy is powerful. Maybe we could be friends.’ Minarai was waiting at the gate.

The team walked up to minarai, chikari was healed, and they left back to waterfall.

Chapter Five: Chikari meets Itachi

A couple of weeks had past since chikari met sarukito. He had completed many missions and it was almost time for the chuunin exam. The team gathered up at their training spot in a forest on the outskirts of taki.

“Ok, guys. I have to go on a big A ranked mission. Since you guys can’t go, you can go do whatever. I’m sorry I do this to do so often, but I am the takikage after all. I’ll be seein’ ya’.” Minarai announced and took off.

“Well, I’ll see you two later. The chuunin exams are coming up so I’m gonna go train by myself.” Chikari says to Shige and Ari and then disappears with a gust wind.

A few hours have passed since chikari left to train by himself. He was now walking on a path in the forest. He decided to go back now. But before he turned around, he heard someone talking to him.

“Hey you, kid. Why do you have the uchiha symbol on the back of your shirt?” a strange man said dressed in a black robe with a red cloud design. He also had another person with him in the same clothing, except this guy’s skin was blue.

“That’s because I am an uchiha.” Chikari declared.

“That’s impossible, brat.” The mysterious man says back. “If you really are an uchiha, prove it.” He commanded.

“Prove it? Ok, I guess I’ll show you my sharingan.” Chikari says and activates his sharingan which already has three swirls in each eye.

“So, you’re an uchiha. I thought I had killed them all when I last left konoha.”

“NANI! Why would you kill them? Especially since you are an uchiha yourself.” Chikari said noticing this guy had sharingan too.

“It was to test my strength. Anyway, that was the past. I don’t care about it now, so if you value your life, out of my way.”

“You killed all the uchiha. I wont let you pass.” Chikari says and blackish bluish chakra started flowing out. “You see, I have a demon inside of me. And I know how to use its power to kill you.”

Itachi whispered to kisame. “well, it seems he isn’t useless. He’s one of the jinchuuriki (I think that’s how you spell it.).”

Itachi just walked up to chikari and kicked him aside. “It seems you aren’t completely useless to the akatsuki. But, for now, we can’t use you. We will return for you later.”

“I won’t let you!!!” chikari yells and charges at itachi. Itachi pulls out a kunai and slashes it across chikari’s right eye and blood runs down chikari’s face as he lays in the broken trunk of a tree.

Itachi and Kisame left quickly and returned to the akatsuki. A few hours passed as chikari lay in the tree. He woke up and remembered to return to taki. He ran towards it. He arrived in about 10 minutes in his horrible shape. Shige and Ari ran over to him.

“It’s ok guys, I’m fine. I may look like this, but im fine. It happened awhile ago and the real injuries have healed.” Chikari said and sat down next to a tree.

“Wow chikari you look horrific.” Minarai was standing a few yards away with his back to a tree. “But you’ll be fine in time for the chuunin exams, which by the way are in a few days. For now, it’s the end of the day, so get some rest. We’ll talk about this stuff tomorrow.”

And after that everyone went home. Chikari went to the hospital real quick and healed up his wounds. Then he went back to his house. “I wonder what the chuunin exams will be like.”

lol. i dont know why i stopped on this. i wrote 6,7, and 8 a long time ago and never posted even 1. now, im posting em all, but it will be some time before i can continue this because of my remastery over the first fic.

Chapter Six: The Chuunin Exams Begin!

After a few weeks of training, it was time for the chuunin exams. The team had just finished their last day of training. They had gathered up in the academy in their room.

“Alright guys. It’s time for the chuunin exams. We’ve trained for a long time, or a short time. However long you can 3 weeks. But, I’m sure, we can do it. Here are the applications.”

Minarai hands the team their applications. Then they left to do their own things until tomorrow, which I when the chuunin exams were. At the end of their day they went to sleep and were told to meet at the academy in their room at 10 AM.

The next day when Chikari woke up, he checked the time. It was 9 AM, so he made some ramen and ate it quickly. Then he left to go buy some more ramen. He arrived at the store and bought a bunch of instant ramen and stored it at home. Then he headed for the academy.

He arrived there early, but didn’t mind waiting. The only one there was minarai. When shige and ari got there minarai started speaking.

“Alright guys, the chuunin exam is today. In 2 hours, at konoha. In their academy in room 301. so we’ll leave immediately.”

After heading to konoha, minarai went to do what he wanted. The team headed to the third floor of the academy. They got there and waited. They talked with each other for awhile since it wasn’t time. Eventually people started arriving there. Then it was 12 and they all walked in the room.

The proctor was already in the room waiting for everyone. When everyone was in the room, he began speaking.

“Alright you genin. This is the first of three exam parts of the chuunin exam. In this test, you will just take a written test. (the chuunin exam is just like the real naruto one. So you know what he explains)”

“Now, if everyone is ready, we will hand out the papers for the test.”

Everyone was at their seats, and they receive their tests.

“Alright! You may, Begin!”

Chapter Seven: The First Exam Passed! Now comes the Second!

10 minutes had past while chikari was still figuring out the test. He realized that all these questions were incredibly difficult. He even answered a few by himself. But fortunately for chikari, he had a chuunin sitting in front of him. So he copied his test. Ariyoshita and Shige were doing fine by themselves. While chikari was cheating he also noticed a bunch of other genin cheating. Including sarukito which he noticed was there.

After it had reached about 40 minutes Chikaris team, Sarukitos team, and some other teams had their tests filled out and the proctor announced that in five minutes he would give out the tenth question. Five minutes after his announcement he told the people to stop.

“Alright people, it is time for the tenth and final question. But there are a few more rules. You can choose to take the question or not. But! If you choose not to take it, you will leave and fail the exam along with your team. But, if you do choose to take it, and answer it incorrectly, YOU WILL BE BARRED FROM TAKING THE CHUUNIN EXAMS, EVER AGAIN.”

A lot of genin looked shocked at this. After 10 minutes more than half of the genins had left and decided to take the exams another time. Chikari and Sarukito and the rest remained as they had confidence to answering the tenth question.

He announced that everyone passed and instead of being like sakura and temari and asking questions, they just decided that it was great they passed, and didn’t even have to answer anything!

Later, they were told by the first exam proctor the location of the next exam. The remaining genin left to their houses and apartments and what-not. They got their rest and the next day they left to the location they were told to go.

The second proctor was there already when the genins arrived. Sarukito and Chikari met up to talk to each other.

“Ah chikari. I see you made it past the first exam. Pretty easy huh?”

“Yeah it was. I wonder what the second exam will be like. Hopefully funner than the first.”

“Say, when did you get that scar?”

“Awhile ago I was training and headed back towards the village when these two strange guys and I met. They were powerful and one of em’ sliced my across my eye.”

“Eh, well. Good luck to both of us in the second exam.”

“Alright you genin. You are some of the few who made it past the first exam. The second exam will be much tougher. You will go into this forest with one of two scrolls, for five days. You must make it to the tower in the center of the forest with both of the scrolls. Good luck in the exams.”

Each team was given their one scroll and they departed into the forest. Chikaris team decided not to rush for they had all the time they could want. So they shortly set up a camp and waited for tomorrow to take the second scroll.

Chapter Seven [End]

Chapter Eight: The Second Exam

After a few hours and a full night had passed, it was day two and Chikari and his team set of to find their second scroll. They walked around the forest for awhile then a team of nobody’s appeared.

“Ha, we’re here to take your scroll. Now hand it over or you’ll die”

Then he slowly turned his head and chikari was standing behind him.

“I don’t think you have the right team to fight. But we’ll take your scroll and let you live. If you fight, then, things could get bloody.”

“Okay!! Just leave us alone”

The guy screamed and dropped the scroll and he and his team ran away.

“Wow that was way easier than I thought.”

Now that they had their scrolls Chikari and his team headed towards the tower. They fought more teams that wanted their scrolls. They ended up getting lots of scrolls that they didn’t need.

They met up with sarukito. He only had his one scroll still. It’s not that he couldn’t get one, it’s that chikari had almost all of the scrolls. He gave sarukito one scroll for some reason and then burned all the rest so it eliminated a lot of people.

They came to the tower and walked inside and waited there. Eventually sarukito came and his team sat down. A couple other good teams walked in and now it had been the third day.

Now that all the passing teams had passed, and the chuunin people explained everything, all the teams left and went to the area, where the third exam would be held.

When they got there the hokage explained everything about the third exam and how there were going to be important people watching. And about how the chuunin exam started. And every other boring thing he said.

After all the boring stuff passed chikari was excited about fighting. Fighting sarukito. He knew it would come eventually. So it was all a matter of waiting.
