worst jutsus and characters

might as well hear em then. we've got the best jutsus and characters thread so lets hear the worst. mine would probably be ino (worst character) and that turtle summon (gai senseis technique, "super faggy" apparently)

i don't like shino because i don't understand his bug uses and how they are so formidable and the worst jutsus would have to be ino's body switch thing

but the worst character was from the chuunin exam that was all stretchy, he was in filler too...

wat was the point of that?and it's not a bloodline limit it's a jutsus and he most likely learned it from oro.but yea AK47 is right the worst charcters and jutsus are from fillers but they don't exist here so i'll stand by who i picked

I agree with Aizen... Ive never fully understood how Shino is apparently so strong. I understand that he has used his bugs creatively to win the battles, but anyone with a good strong offensive jutsu would destroy shino. But then again, Im sure Shino has some tricks up his sleeve... or maybe he doesnt, and thats why Kishimoto never lets him go on any missions.

Worst Jutsu was the star+dragon jutsu, but obvi that was filler. So yeh, Im saying shino as well. Ino seems pretty useless too... her techniques are more just annoyers then fight winners.

Ino is the weakest.

I like shino it's that his bugs drain chackra that's so powerful and he's a genius while he fights his opponents their chckra is being sucked right out of thier bodies.That's just cool!

he had an ultimate attack, but wasn't successful with it
that big air wave thingy, dunno, but i think it would've killed someone
i dunno we havne't really seen him fight, but i guess he's an average genin
now he's dead

stop flaming ino's jutsu
its not a combat jutsu, its a jutsu use to gather information and spy missions, fighting is not the only way to win battle but to figure out the enermies plans and such, thats where ino come in.
plus shes still young, long way to go for her, remember her dad doesnt sux he have sum usefull jutsus.

and he protected his teammate from rock lee's lotus, which could've killed

they werent dislocated thay were broken, and the only smart thing he did was make that cushion to save his teammate
