I am just praying that in this episode, naruto sits on the bench, whilst chouji and Hinata take centre stage. Repeated showings of Narutos few techniques have made them (including rasengan) too trivialized. it will be nice if he gets unconscious or something and the others take over.

Shikamaru becomes immortal,... and hokage.....your stupid gah! kankuro becomes the hero of the show and with his dream to become kagekaze teams up with Shikamaru who recently gained the title Hokage after banging Tsunade.(he seems to do that alot in hentai mangas)and then they both come immortal.

that "princess" hit Hinata! I hope she dies, and I hope she and her entire country die. No one should ever hit Hinata espiecaly a cheap hit like that :evil: . But on the bright side in the next episdoe we get to see more action from Hinaya :D

That was a great ep. Hah the shark summon was pretty funny. It was nice to see balanced fighting from everyone. Chouji finishing the job was a nice sight too. I want to see more Chouji battles. Naruto is pretty lucky that Hinata, who was going backwards to find someone, found him, who was going forward to find someone. I really like these abilities though, they are actually really cool techniques.
Decent episode. I have a feeling Hinata won't be doing much fighting though. Looks like a typical scenario with someone fighting for Naruto while he is hurt and then he'll wake up and save them at the end. The bad guys are pretty lame but atleast they have pretty solid filler skills.

Wah? When i start the download i got like 66kps and 10min later it turns to 230+ my amx downloading Naruto episodes was 447kps

After thinking about it, ALOT happened in this episode. So much that I almost forgot how weird it was to watch the shark chase them up a mountain...
The animation REALLY sucked in the beginning, BUT I don't mind that so much now that I've seen the preview for the next episode. Looks like they did a little funding transference, yay! What little we saw of the next episode almost looked like it may've been around 50fps, maybe highter! And the detail put into Hinata's movements and eyes were very nice. Really makes up for Chouji almost chibi moments early in this episode. That and Chouji's bunny hop that he pulled off instead of running.

Pretty good episode. The filler writters are putting in a better effort in terms fights and plots (with exception of that shino episode.) This next episode looks good, I await it's arival.

Nowadays i am stuck with hoping for episodes to become better or be as they are now. Please dont let them make Hinata suck - it makes me think about shino's lauging episode (let it not be a farce like that). And i hope naruto doesnt turn around saving everyone in the end.
i cant help but feel it will be such a pity if the princess dies in this arc. Despite her attitude she is the hope of a whole nation. But i am kinda glad she fell down the mountain side- why did she hit hinatas head :twisted:

Maybe its the connection you have......The eps I get for the past few weeks blaze by me at 150 kbps or 120+ kbps. :P Highest i got was like 192, which I've never seen before. :lol:

The fillers get better and yet the threads barely make it past 2 pages. Interesting.
i find this episode to be... one of the worst EVER!!
Naruto fights a guy that seems 1240 times weaker then Gaara for example. And he still gets his ass kicked?, well not completly but it seems that he can't take him on his own. And what's Hinata doing?! She got buldozed by Neji in the chuunin exam and still stood up, but here she gets a fu**ing little sand particle rock in the head and gets knocked out!? Whats up with that?! And the worst part is that nobody seems to notice these thing!? How can you say it was a good episode when you take the things a said in to considuration, i mean, just compare the real story to this one, it's not even close! And the animation is not nearly as good as the real story! It look's like fu**ing bayblade or yu-gi-yo or something...
That's cause the story is pointless. The princess will live, naruto and company will save the day. Naruto goes back to Konoha for another filler mission.

Well first off this guy that Naruto is fighting is taking him by surprise. He isn't being slow to let Naruto think of ways out, he is just doing it. Unlike Gaara who was slow as crap and without the help of his summon.
Secondly Hinata never saw the attacking coming and therefore had no time to prepare to fend off unconciousness.
Anyway I haven't seen this posted yet, but it doesn't mean it hasn't but this filler seems to have a purpose for the main story arch. It's not a spoiler anymore to say that there's a timeskip coming up. It's pretty common knowledge, but this filler is showing a more mature side of Naruto. Yeah he is still rash and doing stuff on his own without thinking. But he is acting more manly then before. Acting more responsible and making the same decisions that one would expect a man to make. I'm probably looking way too much into it, but still.

ok but still, even if he is taken by suprise, you can't compare this Naruto to the Naruto that fought Sasuke for example. Sasukes speed and talent exeds a lot of higher ranked ninjas and if Naruto fought the same way as then he would still kick this guys ass, he got hit by 2-3 rocks and got KO:d. And fot Hinatas matter, the blows she got from Neji can't be compared to that hit from the princess even if she try to evade it or block it or not... :P
But for the second matter you bring up i agree with you!
How do you know this bad guy isn't as strong as curse seal lev 2 sasuke?? HE BEAT A FREAKIN' FLOWER NINJA! COME ON!
I thought Hinata falling for the rock was a bit silly. Someone can fart with bad intentions half a mile away and the genins would be all over that. Yet Hinata couldn't sense the testosterone-doped princess getting ready to nail her with a rock?
I guess atleast once the story picks up again we'll be so used to seeing all the characters suck that the first well animated fight will make us scream with pleasure.

Fillers always make the charactes look more bad then good. Curse those filler creating ...people :evil: , I hope Hinata wins that fight though, and the filler arcs actually gave Hinata some character development, so who knows what could happen I guess. She just better win :)

And you missed the biggest detail of them all... IT'S A FILLER! There is no point making the characters all "kick ass" because then it just makes the actual story look crap.

Yeah I've noticed that too. I've noticed that throughout the whole series and manga, it's pretty much just kishimoto developing him into a young man that's it. It happens in every series. I think you're the first to bring it up though, because alot of people think Naruto's a total tard, which he is not. I actually believe he's growing up to be a nice young man, worthy of acknowledgement as he so wishes.

After all they did mention that it was an A ranked mission. Much as I would like to see naruto and hinata lay waste to them. We have to remember that they are genins.
But it was a great episode and I am really waiting on the edge of my seat to see how they make her fight. Keeping my fingers crossed for a good outcome.
Agree with you guys on naruto being more grown up.

Anyway I wouldn't use the label Genin lightly with these guys. Team Eight was the second team completing the Chuunin Exam's second test, and if not for Gaara's team, would've came in just behind the record time. Even during the prelims it was noted that it was amazing that all nine rookies made it that far. Naruto beat the superior genin who was probably capable of beating out chuunins, Shika could've taken out someone who is obviously not really a genin, and Sasuke was laying into Gaara of all people. There must be something in the water because all of the shinobi of their graduating year are simply amazing. Not just Naruto.
On another note, does anyone else find it odd that Nara, Akimachi, and Yamanaka all had their kids the same year? Do they do everything together!?

There are lots of coincidence that can be found in the Naruto series.
Have you noticed the power of magnetism when a kunai is thrown to stop another? Even Naruto does that easily in the series (I remember him saving Sakura in the false Orochimaru's lair).
Did you know that a Rasengan can't be dodged? People seem frozen when Naruto rushes at them with that technique...
About the episode...I thought Haku was the only member left of his clan, which could control water...so there's actually other people who can do that? Ok...

Possibly but, Haku's was actually a bloodline, where as with this guy, it is more of a technique.
Zabuba/Kisame use water techniques and they don't have a bloodline :P

We haven't seen the mothers of Chouji or Ino either. Maybe Shikamarus mom is a huge *hore and had kids with all of them :P
