Well I wish to start reading the manga, but I dont wanna start it from the beggining, what chapter is ep 82+ of bleach (around the bitto dolls thingies)

the whole bounto arc is a filler, i'd start at 182

filler means- not based on THE MANGA (if you already dont know). Just like the movie versions of anime or manga, this bount arc is like an OVA on its own.

starting at 182-183 is about right? at least in 183 tatsuki seems to have seen ichigos badge (this hasnt been shown in the anime yet- right?)
