I think Orihime's new found force will be a fusion with tsubaki or something. Or maybe a combination of all her little sprites. Imagine it. A force field around her entire body, instant full time healing, and tsubaki turning into a zanpaktu or something. Devestating. : )

okay you had me until the zanpoktou part he only reffered to her hair pins to a zanpoktou because they both need to be realesed to see it's true form.but her being able to get another attacking fairy and using a combo with 2 of them would be kool.but i still don't see how she's suppose to become strong enough to really help thats the major problem here.Inoue proably can't even beat a 5th seat shinigami now if she can't do that how is she suppose to fight arrancar that are stronger than captains way stronger than captains.and even if she became stroing enough to beat a VC what good is she gonna do agssin't the Arrancar and she already has a disadvantage agsin't them

If she could, we would have what happened to Hollo-Ichigo happen to inoue. Hollow-ichigo could fight, regenerate when wounded, etc. With inoues fairies, if they combine sometime in the future, something like that will happen. It is anime, so anything can happen.

But as Hatch told her, it looks her the strongest defense she has to engage in the up coming fight is in her will to fight. Not only to fight but to defeat(or KILL) the opponent. which i dont think she had. That is why i like what urahara did. He knew the right way to get her wanting to help out, since that is inoues most fervent wish.

why not? You train to be able to increase your fighting spirit and abilities. This training and experience generates strength, thus raising ones reiatsu. Building barriers also requires training, and a form of strength. it may not raise reiatsu potential that much, but it should improve reiatsu.

its not a matter of training, its the fact that barrier arts like the vaizard guy has is not made for offensive. at best its useful for support, like a medic or similar.

orihime does have the barrier which splits a foe by driving through them, although because of her caring attitude she hasnt been able to pull it off since slaying her first hollow.

her training isnt what im worried about, its aizen pondering over a possible use for her ability.

You cant say building barriers or defenses doesnt improve or increase reiatus, but you can say they dont increase reiatsu as compared to adding training or training to the level of bankai or vice captain. Hanataro comes to mind in this. He clearly has enough reiatsu and potential to be a shinigami but as a healer who hasnt trained to fight that much he cowers in the presence of gin-taicho.
