Yeah we've heard Itachi's voice.

It's not bad, but it's not great either.
I personally like Naruto, though Ms. Flanagan really needs to work harder on his sad emotions. She's got his annoying, and goofy voices down. But not his serious ones.

they put it for people who can't breathe through there mouths(or the air doesn't reach lungs)

I have to say that Sasuke's voice fits him even thought the poll vote %-age is so low. I do agree with the polls that both Gai and Sarutobi both have great dubs.

ok, i've only heard sasukes voice for like 2 seconds or some,

i havent watched any episode complete, just watching a bit, so ive only heard like 3 voices yet, and not much of them, but still i think that Sarutobi has a good dub, wont say great yet since i havent heard enough of him to judge.
