Kishimoto can barely keep the chapters up to date as is, the idea that he'd be over 90 chapters ahead of the current manga chapter (that's almost two years ahead folks) is ridiculous.

Yes there were speculation of the Akatsuki leader being the Fourth Hokage as the dark shadowy figure resembles that of Yondaime however its unlikely that it is him as he died whilst sealing the Kyuubi into Naruto.

Also, while I agreed it's likely bullcrap it's well known that authors will write chapters of their books in mixed order to focus more of their effort on the important parts of the story telling. Who is to say that Kishimoto hasn't skipped around and worked out future chapters. Saying "oh he doesn't do that, he can barely keep up with the manga as is" is pure speculation.
