Also, Sasuke had it lot worse than Naruto. He "saw" the whole masscre. Can anyone say they will be "normal" after what Sasuke went thru? I would go nuts as an adult to see such a thing and Sasuke was like only 6 years old or so.

Naruto had support in Iruka sensei when growing up. Who did Sasuke have after the masscre? Naruto now is in the healing process of his mental demons but Sasuke's is still looming large. Sasuke can't get over this until this demon inside of him is killed. Of course during this process he is damaging his own mental health. Sasuke is one of the most tragic figures in the world of Naruto.

Not really. I mean I would cry now and then that my parents died, but I have no opposition for my brother killing my parents because they are control freaks. It isn't surprising. You could consider me non-emotional because if I ever get emotional flushed I would literally can't control it.

I think Uchiha Sasuke is a great character. I understand why he is like that. If someone killed my family I couldn't go on without having my revenge. I couldn't be laughing, but just striving to get stronger.

Many of you say this: "What will happen when he kill Itachi?? He will have no reason to live". I am sick of reading that crap. :evil:

When Naruto get to be Hokage, and everyone acknowledge his strenght (they've already acknowledge it), then what will be his reason in Life? DUH

There are always primary goals in life, and then we go understanding other things and getting to new goals. That will happen to Naruto, Sasuke and everyone else... that happen when you mature. What were your goals in life when you were 12? Are the same as now??. Off course they are not.

Orochimaru said Naruto was changing Sasuke's behavior. Why? because even when he seems cold and unfriendly, he loves Naruto as a friend. He was a nice boy until what happenned with his family changed it completely. Now, Naruto, Sakura and Kakashi are like his new family. He just doesn't wanna get soft on them so he is hard on Naruto and Sakura so they get stronger. He understood about teamwork a long time ago with Kakashi's words. While he gets stronger, he is also getting wiser and on many situations he has put his caring for others over his revenge. He is finding a new reason to be strong, as a Konoha shinobi. To protect his loved ones, his hometown.

Good anime characters are those who goes maturing and growing through the story, so conflict and flaws are just part of a good story. If all characters were perfect loving beings, there should be no conflict, nor story development.

By the way, I like the new outfit, it seems darker, reflecting his nature. His past clothes didn't match much with his attitude. It also looks stylish and better.

I definately don't see Sasuke ever wanting to be the Hokage.

If his motivation in life is solely to kill Itachi, and every time he fights, he only fights for himself, and since he rarely admits to caring about others (if ever, really), and since he usually listens to no one else but himself initially.. it's clear that he's not a good leader for others, because he is too selfish.
And if you can't care about others, and care about their well-being, you would make a terrible Hokage.

Well, he may be cute, but I don't like his personality. He seems sorta stuck up and I don't get how he calls Naruto a moron all the time, but he sorta got mad at Sakura for calling him annoying. Oh yeah, I don't think he can really blame his lil personality defect on his past 'cause most of the characters in Naruto have had a tough past and some of them have turned out just fine.

Well, different people handle things different ways. If my brother slautered my entire family and then replayed it back to me i'd probably never trust another person the rest of my life.

That's exactly how I feel when one is trying to live the life as an avenger! It IS a worthless way of living a life, espacially if you succeed, THEN WHAT?! Sasuke should just live his life as normally as possible THEN figure out where to go from there if he were given the chance to KILL Itachi! =^--^= I just hope he makes the right choice!

I also think Sasuke needs another life ambition... cause "kill Itachi" is a bit um.. shallow for a life goal. I see why he wants to kill him, of course. I won't doubt that...

But can't he find something else to live for as well? Itachi lived for obtaining power, but he wouldn't die if he were powerless. He would work hard to regain that power. His ambitions are renewable events, he can always go back and improve on them. Sasuke's has a definite end. And yes, if he ever succeeds, Then what? That's all his life is worth? One action? ._.''

To waste your life on such a shallow goal is sad to me... because I almost liked Sasuke as a character, but the more he evolves to become this 'I ONLY THINK OF ITACHI' person, the more I am very very annoyed with him. He's getting very shallow and predictable :/


Now with Itachi... as you can tell, I definately like him more. He's a better, more complicated, more skilled, more attractive version of Sasuke :twisted: He may have evil moments, but he is far more intriguing.

I don't know...i don't think he's all that one-sided. I don't think anyone is in Naruto. I think we just havent seen all there is to him, which doesnt surprise me. He likes to hide everything from everyone. I know we'll learn more about him later. Maybe this Itachi thing is a faze? It's possible he could wake up and grow out of it. He just needs a push in the right direction.
