In your opinion, what was perhaps a disappointing series. This could could be aimed at many aspects of that certain anime. These could include the length, animation, sound, you name it.
Ok, to start off, I'll say Hellsing. It's beautifully done but the length was a bit tad short.
oooOO well lets c, FULl Metal Panic , too short , Get Backers , BOth ended so quickly :( i wanted them to just continue but i suppose all things must come to an end :(

I also say Kenshin was a bit disappointing. Started off wonderfully and continued it through Shishio saga. After that, it seemed as if thgey wanted to end it really quickly.
oh yes i completely forgot about it yes i agree. such a good start then it just did what dbz did... drag-on. THE OVA was godo though you shoudl watch them.

Lain, even tho it was a good series, left you wondering what actually happend and with only 13 episodes is way too short, same counts for Haibane Renmei.

dbz got dragged out too long....i can't pick any other disappointing animes, but if anyone's seen the stink bomb movie, that was really disappointing. I'm rambling on here but............meh.

yeah the end of kenshin was really bad, i didn't want yahiko and sanosuke to become completely useless, that completely scrapped all the fun, and i don't want to see kenshin fight evil christians, evil germans and to top it all, chineses mages........the real ending is in the manga, when he fights tomoe's brother whose name i forgotten...wait was it shinichi....not sure anyway
Other deception Flame of recca, really great fighting my personnal favorite, but the end of the anime leaves you DRY, so many unfinished business, it would be like ending naruto anime after garaa WHAT THE FUCK?!?
Angel sanctuary = 2 OAV.....20 mangas..... i understand why i feeled unfulfilled after those 2 episodes
Berserk...not enough black swordsmen
Ranma ½ .....gets pointless and boring with the seasons, at season 7, it lost all ambience, its a void with bad dub
Well ALL those i just named, i read the mangas this summer, GREAT MANGAS, To all the flaws i found in the animes, i say the answers in the mangas. When you see an anime going bad, you know where to find your satisfaction MANGA
A ALMOST FORGOT.....KARESHI KANOJO NO JIJOU...I hate gainax. They finish this anime by showing us pages of manga 8 of 16,, that's as far as the anime went, and instead of making up a nice ending, they make ue read pages of manga 8, pausing all the time to read the bubbles, with pointless narations and they finish it all with the sentence "His and Her's circumstances....will go on..."
You can't help but feel the urge to kill something soft

its about a girl who goes through a book and ends up in old china. there she becomes a prestest of the god suzaku and has to find 7 wariors and summon the god. and she falls in love with one of the warroirs and like 3 other warriors fall in love with her and bunch of stuff happens. eh u get the main idea. Its a really good show, but the 2nd season became overly sad and messed up. I still love it though, they just could have done better.

love hina. don't know if there are too many shoujo fans in here, but man, the anime sucked. in trying to make the storyline compact, it eliminated the character development that made the manga awesome. so basically, the anime ends with the hot girl getting with the geek, which isn't how the manga ended AT ALL.

I think they end a lot of anime too soon it seems to be the trend and some dont even end where the manga does. From what I hear Hellsing manga is completely different from the anime and there is also a manga comic that is different from those too. As far as Anime Series that sucked I can't say nothing I've seen so far has really sucked. There are a few anime movies I think were crap but then talking about that can really piss people off. One I really would have liked to see more of was Hikaru No Go after 75 episodes and now 4 specials I still think they ended that series too soon.
omg i can name a million that sucked namely POKEMON DIGIMON AIR MASTER SAILOR MOOn etc

I'm a fan of shoujos and i think the only type of anime that his bad are the new kind of "romantic" *Cough* series where the idiot nerd falls in love with a robot chick, or any non-human shit they can come up with...the worst ever are Onegai Teacher and Hand maid may....(haven't seen chobits yet)
I just about destroy my screen every time i see the neighbour girl, who is perfect in every way and most importantly human, is madly in love with the guy(why him?don't ask me, in her shoes i'd destroy the robot and screw the guy right there in the half of episode 2...or go find a real man), unhappy because he loves his big-breated light-headed robot whose only hobby is falling over giving yet another pathetic panty shot
