I hope this spurns some growth in naurto with the recent yamoto speech. It may take a Sasuke whooping to get him going though. I do not think they will fight though. Espcially since naruto isn't 100%

Who will take over his training again, jiyria again back kakashi or someone else. I would like to see in train himself and redisover 4th techniques or something

he need to get the body flicker technique some how to counter the sharingan. I also wonder if the passive effects of the curse seal get better over time.

on the hospital roof top battle narutoe was stronger than sasuke, but after curse seal even without it activiated gave sasuske a bump in the battle of the end. (Draw close loss canceled by the fact naurto was chasing chasing and fighting prior too the duel)

Sasukes growth is more than likely better than naruto's at this point but oro will not make sasuke into an itachi rival.

I've never been much of a Sasuke fan but even i got to admit he looks pretty awesome. Though this chapter wasn't action packed it did build a lot of suspense for me.

I kind of get what people mean when they say he doesn't look older at first, because that was exactly how i felt with naruto at first, but now i got use to it i can see the growth in facial features more clearly. Besides that sasuke looks frickin tall, i think at least 5 10'. I like his outfit, except perhaps his chest, and i'm a bit curious about what that is attatched to his back. It seems like things will be getting a lot more interesting soon.

P.S: Does anybody else thinks he looks a bit chubbier in the full body pic.

For one, what interested me most about this chapter is the fact that Kishi didnt allow sasuke to fight Sai alone. Does it seem like sai is gonna live? i hope so.
i am just praying soo hard that Sasuke really whip-lashes team 7, yamato included, and sends them back to konoha, tails between their legs.
it will be awesome if he can do it with his katana- what a true Oro container sasuke is becoming. The kid is using a sword just like Oro.

Ill have to disagree with you on a few parts, but agree with you on others. Ill agree that Sasuke seemed stronger than Naruto in the Sasuke chase arc. Naruto was forced to go Kyuubi lvl 2 just to combat a normal Sasuke with master Sharingan.

Ill really doubt that Naruto has zero new techniques. 2.5 years with Jiraiya and all he trained was Kage Bunshin and Rasengan? Hell no, unless Kishimoto decided to be annoying. Like you said, we have to see them fight before we judge anything.

Also, I wouldn't say that Itachi used a lower level Genjutsu on Naruto, unless youre just talking about the fact that he had only 30% of his chakra. He had a completely hold over Naruto's mental chakra. Remember, Jiraiya said that that type of Genjutsu required high intellect. Consider all the other Genjutsu we have seen (besides those pussy ass Genjutsus like the ones those guys who kept saying "unlucky" did), none have been as advanced as Itachi's. All the others had some sort of set situation that they made their victim hallucinate. For example, Kurenai's made her victims think they were either being held by the ground or by a tree and Tayuya's made her victim think they were being held by strings while their skin melted off. Itachi did some sort of crazy thing before the main event, which he custom made just for Naruto. IMO that seems to be a crazy advanced Genjutsu.

Either way, I seriously doubt that Sasuke is up to Itachi's level in Genjutsu. Imo, Naruto would be able to break out of a Genjutsu Sasuke throws at him.

welcome to huge post central. In terms of Naruto, I dont think we will see much else out of him to be honest in terms of techniques except for the mystery one. I mean, he may be able to summon smaller frogs to block attacks similar to jiraiya but thats about all I would guess. Again, as weve both said, we wont know for sure until we see it. Im guesing his "forbidden" technique is outof control tho....

Also, in terms of itachi's genjutsu, I guess I shouldve said low key in comparison to Itachi's normal level of genjutsu when at 100%.
Just, we havent seen Naruto successfuly combat a genjutsu type have we? It seems that he has issues with battles that arent clear cut. Either way, right now I think that sasuke is likely stronger then Naruto as he was stronger last time they fought and he has trained just as much as Naruto in the gap. Some would even say that he trained under someone stronger. If they do fight, I seriously doubt that Sakura will contiribute and I can see Sai being tangled up with oro, leaving Naruto/Yamato(?) against Sasuke. I also feel that they wont actually fight but that Sasuke will just use a flashy technique then escape.

Honestly, this fight will probably be mostly Sakura/Sai Vs. Sasuke. Naruto will probably get taken out fairly quickly, unless he goes Kyuubi mode. I could see him maybe helping them finish a combo or something, but most of the work will be on the others shoulders.

There's also the problem with Orochimaru. Luckily Kabuto is still bound (for now). But Orochimaru isn't going to just let them take Sasuke from him.

I dont think Sakura will be a sitting (crying?) duck like she was before and unless Sai disappears and is shown to be hanging by a tree again I doubt hes gonna abandon team Yamato, especially when he wants to gain Naruto and Cos trust by helping Naruto out. He looks more loose with that shirt which i found that white was a good match. Haha i think that Sakura is melting inside because of sasuke's shirt and appearance... And also he got rid of his head band thing which made him even more of a missing nin.
My theory on his sharingan would be that he must have improved it somehow and maybe gained more chakra stamina, and i think that he uses his sharingan in the dark to see even better! Thats what i would do.
Overall im finnaly glad that hes appeared and is about to face his old teamates.

if Oro comes in time or not, with Kabuto tied and under watch, and this looking like kishi only wants to concentrate on sasuke,oro + the others (no other interference by any of Oros minions if he even has any in that hideout), we are looking at

Who's stronger? I have a feeling they are about equals right now. Whoever mentioned it earlier was right...all we seen from naruto is two rasengans, a little sparring, and his 4 tails mode which he has no control over. It would be absurd to think that he trained with a legendary Sannin for 2 and 1/2 years and didn't learn a thing. The only reason he uses Kage Bunshin so much still is probably the same reason Jiraiya loves to use frogs to fight all the time.The reason being is that I'm sure they can do a crapload of other jutsus but they love those particular jutsus the most and have centered their fighting style around them. As far as Sasuke...all we seen from him is some big explosion and we didn't even see how he did it. As far as we know Sai could have done it and Sasuke could have just dodged it, but nevertheless I have high anticipation for Sasuke's skill as well.

This chapter was really based on the reunion between the 3 (Sasuke, Naruto and Sakura) as the title suggest but I was disappointed with the lack of talking. It mainly consisted of running and 'staring'. But in a way it would have been a good build up if they released another Chapter to coincide with it.

I personally feel that Sasuke will not be easily turned back to the good side and go home with Naruto and Sakura. It won't be that simple. Sure enough they are reunited but I don't think that Naruto will be able to persuade Sasuke to go back home with him. Judging by what Sai said Sasuke seems very powerful even though he was at a disadvantage spot. If Naruto can't beat Sai then theres no way will he beat Sasuke now.
