OK, psp is out what?, about 2 years, something like that and theres already a third bleach game.

after the somewhat dissapointing cast of 6 characters in the 1st game, 12 in the 2nd, this game has a woopin selection of 33 characters, woopiee!!

THE GAMEPLAY IS THERE! FOOTAGE OF IT

so i guess i should try to explain the battle system, also most things ill state will be based of bleach 2.

ATTACKS
X button is for puching and kicking, so basicly fast but weak attacks.
CIRCLE is for sword attacks, which take longer but are powerful
TRIANGLE is to jump.

you can string some combos together for big damage using the x button circle button and sometimes triangle button and directional pads (kind of obvious)

CIRCLE back is to grab the opponent

hold back to block (you also slowly walk back ward at the same time)[yeah kinda wierd in this version it might be changed]

you can also run around #D soul caliber style

in this version they also added a dash move and a abilty to clash weapons when you attack at the same time

SUPER MOVES/ENERGY

ok first you have a energy bar at the bottim of the screen (sort of) when you attack the opponent nd they take damage or when you release your energy and hit em it grows bigger toward your side (theres only one bar). when you have more energy your energy move is bigger when it surrounds you. also if you use a special and fail while your bar is lower than your opponents you get paralyzed for like 5-8 seconds or until you get hit (this basicly means an opponent can eaisly land a special on you or land a big combo)
also if you block or cancel an opponents special the energy bar goes your way significantly

double click square and hold it to summon energy around you and if youre opponenet gets hit they get paralyzed for a lil while, usualy enough to begin attacking them or landing a special at close range.

click square and then X to use your special which for diff characters have diff requiremtns for it to start (but all of them basicly have to hit the opponent and not get gaurded against). some characters even ahve two specials but its rare, where you can click square circle.

there also seems to be an extra bar in this game but i dont know for what.

so basicly this is the battle system, but this really really ties in with bleach 2 more than bleach 3, but i dont think they changed it too much


when this game comes out (july 20) im definitly getting it, hopefully i can also sell my bleach 2 game before i get it lolz

in group battle it seems you can choose 3 characters and you can use one of their attacks to help you out in the battle. (you prob click L or something cause that wasnt used in bleach 2, and R to dash, thats my guess)

In resume, its pratically the same to DBZ Budokai but with swords.

its almost like naruto for gamecube actually, thats what it reminds me most of

wow im so excited for this, i had a psp the day it came out i think it was march 29, i played 4 games on it....... untold legends, luminez, metal gear acid, and burnout.... i havent played a game on my psp since dec. so this might actually make me care for my psp thank you kagenaruto and ak i love you

the website got upgraded again.

all characters revealed now.

it seems like when you use bankai ichigo you can somehow switch to hollow bankai ichigo.... but i dunno how. maybe its his different costume and he gets diff abilities, or maybe you have to go into it in-game, byakuya has something like that too where he has different set of moves slightly
