as usual has the raw on torrent. Quite an early release today. Anyways, this is when kiba has his long day. What do you guys think will happen before it actually happens - guesswork from the preview.

Akamaru has gone nuts. Kiba is sad. Naruto has to go bring him in but if worst comes to worst has to "put him down". It will be some crazy turn of fate and Akamaru was really just looking for a mate. Something like that. That is my guess.

i dont think they will put him down, prolly just akamaru has like some issues or has like some kind of problem with him cause Kibas sister is a vet so prolly something went wrong with akamaru

Well the good news is that i think the filler is coming to an end here. In the manga Shino and Kiba are discussing some unseen incident about akamaru just as Naruto part 1 finishes. I think its finally over and we can get our good old naruto super high quality storyline back.

Sorry to bust your bubble, but he was referring to when Akamaru almost died in the chase arc. It was the last manga arc in part 1.

I dont remember reading that, were the hell is that, I read that 183 was supposed to be the last filler I was pissed there still going, I got my hopes up for nothing

Yeah, I just read that and he was talking about the sauske chase arc were akamaru broke 2 legs and was unconcious for a long time!! But Im impressed you even remebered that! I didnt think much of it!
Technically they cant show that part, reading that chap again team garra is just leaving the village, and sakura is healing that fish she did that 20 some odd episodes ago, not to mention there are no sign sand nin are still in the village for any reason!

This was probably one of the best filler episodes I've seen recently. There wasn't too much action, but it felt almost like it could have been part of the main plot IMO. Decent animation too (and a new song I think.) And the next episode seems to basicly be about a legendary yetti-thing in konoha (and we get a flashback of the sannin as kids)

though Kiba really does value Akamaru over everything else. That might cause him problems in the future.

Bof, i didnt like it that much, i expected more i guess, i hope i wont be as much disappointed for the shino ep cause this one was kinda boring, there was really too much bla bla and the whole thing was just talkin people.

Yeh that is one of my favorite eps from the past year for sure. Good mix of all the elements of Naruto, action, emotion, new soundtrack. Hah, when Kiba and Naruto were fighting, was that a remixed version of Lee's song? Either way, it was good, good ep. Next one could go either way. Ive never really been a fan of episodes in any series about the "yetti" or "missing link" kind of creatures, they always seem repetitive. But flashback os the legendary 3 might also mean we get to see them in action. We'll see. At least it seems like the Naruto creators have finally decided to pick up the slack a little.

Im not gonna lie. I cried a little. This coming from a guy whos favorite movie and book is "Old Yeller".
Kiba giving his life over to Akamaru is the perfect way to show their bond. And as CR said, this might make it very hard for Kiba later on, but at the same time, if this bond is closer then the others in the Inuzuka clan have with their dogs, then they might become very, very powerful together.
Well, we get to see Kiba being emotional, which again makes his character very good. The tough woodsman of the group showing alot of emotion during his appearences in the show.
Hanna is freaking amazing. She is cool, nice, and funny at times. And the animation of her trying to slide under Akamaru was just really cool.
Finally Narutos behavior. Starts out by being jealous of Kiba and acting like hates him. Being buddy-buddy with him at his house. And ending with him yelling out his name as he watches Akamaru crush him. Perhaps during the fillers, Kiba has become Narutos next best friend?

I just want to see the Sannin as kids though. I mean I bet Tsunade is cute to a degree, Ero-kun should be very funny. And Oro looks like he was a cute little kid.

Great episode, animation quality was really good, nice combonation of different themes. As said above I thought tis was finnaly an episode with more kiba then naruto, and expressing about how strong of a bond he had with kiba. was awsome and if there wernt all the manga readers saying it was a filler, i wouldve sworn that it would be part of the original story line.
About the next episode, please dont hurt me lol, but those "yeti/ape" things look alot like the big ape saiyens from DBZ. Like alot like em, mabey there yeti saiyans... scary(used to be a big fan of DBZ, but it got old when gt started)
hmm i have mixed feelings about this episode. I liked it but at the same time the ending was too rushed. I didn't really see Akamaru "fighting with himself" to keep from killing Kiba. I did like Kiba's little dramatic speech to him but it would have been nice if they could have tossed in a powerful comment and Akamarus eyes going from crazy-dog to normal-dog in mid-attack or something. Explaining in the last 20 seconds that after some powerful attack that Akamaru was "fighting with himself" was pretty rushed :P And did they even cure him? Did they even give him the medicine? Did they find a cure? lol I dunno...
Aside from that I enjoyed it. Especially seeing his sister and the ANBU some. That what the fillers need more of. Filler arcs involving stuff INSIDE the village. More character interaction in a dramatic way rather then action. The ANBU is rarely ever around. We just here "so and so did the pansy dance killed 15 ANBU members". Having them go around doing normal ANBU stuff in the village instead of ganging up (and losing) against some mega-nin would be cool.
I'd love to see more of Shinos family. Or maybe have some missions with a couple of ninjas and their parents. Get shikamaru/ino/chouji mission with one of their parents would be cool.

I would love it if in one of the fillers, you saw a slighlty younger version of a character introduced later in the main story arcs. Not as some main character for the episode, but maybe as somebody in the background, so it doesn't seem like they just appeared out of nowhere.
...That ANBU scene would have been the perfect time for a mask to slip off or something...

This was good for a filler, just because they kicked the animation up a notch. hopfully this will continue through the other fillers.(yes, there are more fillers, check leafninja) The plot was really lame, but it was refreshing to see individual characters move more than 2 frames per gesture.

I liked this ep and I'm pleased it ended the way it did. I'm beyond fed up at monologues and lessons being learned at the end of a story.
Haha did anyone else see the coolest thing ever in the vets? AN OWL WEARING AN EYEPATCH!!! That blows my mind

that was oficially the dumbest ending ive ever seen for an episode of naruto period. it was just like:
Kiba- yeah so he missed my vital organs (and some other assorted crap)

i was like what the f**k
and it was soo good to begin with; i laughed my head off when naruto got bit in the ass then almost burst into tears when kiba was pleading and apologizing to akamaru and then they slapped me with this stupid ending.

do be on the safe side dont put your hopes up too high. You may be disappointed. i wouldnt be surprised if a myth/story about the legendary three was animated poorly with a bad storyline to top.

Nah, I think that owl was with Konoha's pirate division.
But I do have some high hopes for the next episodes, not because of the plot, but because I want to see sassy Tsunade, Ero-kun, and Baby Oro. This might have some really funny moments and maybe even see some of Orochimaru's innocence.
Oh and you might want to avoid looking at fan-art for the next month. I'm sure the Kiba / Naruto shippers are going nuts.

about that animation quality, at the very beginning of the episode i saw a note from dattebayo saying that the quality of this episode would be lower than normal but i didnt see any difference, it actually looked a little bit better than it normally would.

How did Akamaru get so huge? I guess using the same technique used by Kiba and him against Ukon+... Sakon?,
Wouldnt have minded that being the beginning of a 3 part arc, the next two episodes being Kiba and Akamaru hunting down whoever did that to him(changing the plot so the culprits were not caught as stated at the beginning of the ep), then Kiba+Aka taking them on.
I wouldve enjoyed that pretty well.

I would not say nothing good. At least we see character development in the other teams. I must admit that I am enjoying the fillers. Just getting a little much that they make naruto act dumb all the time. But this last one was a huge improvement. Cannot wait to see little oro. :)

I have a feeling that the flashback is going to be of the sannin talking about the yetti beast as kids would a ghost story (jiriya will probably try to scare tsunade or something and oro will say "I don't believe in fariytales, etc") That's what I'm guessing the flashback will be like... and again, I'm going to say that the beast are actually ninja using henge.

I think youve watched too many fillers and your standard for "good episode" has gone down the drain. Once fillers stop, I think you might finally see that none of these fillers have any value at all and we could all forget about them with no consequence to the understanding of the real story line.

This was still a lot better than most of the other fillers though...
At least it wasn't as bloody boring as the Idate race arc, and as stupid as the Mizuki arc.

Not quite, I am actually rewatching old good episodes so I still know what is a good episode. This one however is did a better job than some other fillers. Yes, fillers are fillers, we can all forget them. But Naruto filler's taking over the world now, might as well enjoy the better ones rather than complaining every single one of them, or you'll be complaining for a good few years, lol. :lol:
