Do you think that the dubbed version will show the fillers? some of the fillers? none? What arc's do you think they will show? I mean, they have the option of not showing it at all if they want to

I was talking to Kyle Hebert(Kiba, Narrator from DBZ, Teen Gohan DBZ)about my idea that they could put the fillers on a seperate "missions" DVD, I think it'd be pretty cool.

I think they'll do, the States are so gay, they will make everything to make something longer and make money, look at inuyasha, they showed the fillers.

I agree with you, but just for the sake of stimulating the other side of the coin,
they might not show the fillers because they will statistically analyze how much damage fillers did to popularity and put the fillers aside. What if they only showed half of the filler-year though?

taht would be a good idea, i think in the states the show will become less popular quickly if they did fillers in a year because, there are better shows out there in North America, and ditch Naruto for those shows
they should show it for half year or quarter year

I think this is the best idea. Even if the fillers suck, fans will pick up the bonus episodes just because they are there and they don't have to wait a week/a year to watch all of the fillers.

tv station's philosophy: more episodes, more kids, more viewers, = more MONEY

as izza said, americans will air fillers to make money from kids. they may not know the differene, since half of the dubbed watchers dont read the manga at all....the dvd idea sounds excellent to say the least..

Of course they will run them. If you think otherwise you have a weird logic. The episodes are there... they are part of the anime. Naruto is popular in the US cause of the anime, not cause of manga translations. Fillers are part of the anime and will be shown. From an anime perspective they aren't even "fillers"... they are normal episodes just like all the rest. They only think that sets them aside as fillers is in comparision to the manga which is irrelevant in North America.

Didn't someone post on here that Naruto is still in the 10 ten shows in Japan? Fillers aren't hurting the series that badly. And in America I think the age the show is targetted towards always ends up a little younger.. so more fans that wouldnt care about crappy fillers.

before the second exam began, remember that gay filler that shows all thats happened? that was a filler and they showed it, why would they not show the others
