Um do u guys think Orochimaru will ever get his Arms back??

I dont think so. His soul was damaged. I dont think it can be restored. But he will overcome this problem. (mabye he will find a way to use jutsus without hand seals.)

Well, he wold have to to still be worthwhile in the story. Oh yea, he found a way of transporting himself into another, high chance he will find a way of transporting his soul

with a seal there is always an unsealer SUm where.... just like wen orochimaur sealed naruto's seal again... jiraiya unsealed it... so um maybe he'll find sumone to unseal his arms

Somehow, I don't know how, but somehow, Orochimaru-sama will come back, I'm sure of it ^_^x or he'll be able to use jutsu without using his hands somehow. I can imagine what the scene of his return would be like... everything's dark and something has happened, which Kakashi and some other jounin are investigating.. when they think they've pinpointed the core of the problem they notice that they're on the wrong track.. then lightning strikes, Orochimaru-sama's theme starts playing and he stands right behind them, smiling.

Difficult question, I only said yes because i think he will persuade Tzunade too heal him. Tzunade is the greatest healer shinobi so far being a Sennin! Im not really sure so im guessing! :?

Yeah, I think that he will be back and overcome the problem of doing jutsus without hands or finding some way to fix his arms. I don't think that he will be after Konoha though, probably something more specific in the pursuit of even greater power...which is what I would have done in the first place.
