zombie powder from the creator of bleach

i just thought that all of you who like bleach would also like to see tite kubos first manga. you can really see some ideas that he develops further in bleach.

no nothing like that just read it. the main characters design resembles grim jaw his side kick resembles hanataro and you can see where he gets the idea for orihime and her boobs along with her brother. that and theres a character that acts like urahara but looks almost exactly like aizen.

Yeah, Zombie Powder kicks ass. I love it! Too bad Tite didn't continue it, though, since it ended without actually ending the story.

My favorite character is Smith, and my second favorite is Gamma. Wolfgina is cool, too, and she's effing hot. Damn, those boobs of her's make me soil myself everytime I see them (XP).

Actually, I have a question for all of you: Do you think that Zombie Powder could've been better than Bleach if it was continued?

I do, but I'll explain why when I see other people's thoughts on this.

probably not. from what i saw the story only had 100 more chapters max. it wouldnt have been an ongoing series like bleach. plus it doesnt have the appeal like bleach has.

theres also alot of amateaur mistakes that he made which is to be expected. in manga you want characters who have level personalities. in ZP you didnt have that. gammas persona was erradic imo. along with smiths. BG work was also laking in it where as in bleach you have these expansive city scapes. idk its just my 2 cents.

I had already read it but i can tell you that it is not as good as Mermaid Saga(by Rumiko Takahashi). Zombie Powder is about reviving, getting immortality and becoming like what they say, zombies. It has only four books and you'll probably finish downloading it at www.toriyamaworld.com in half an hour max.;)

Anyway, i don't think that Zombie powder would be as popular as Bleach. It hasn't much of a storyboard and it can't as complicated as Bleach, can it? I think that Gamma assembles Fullmetal Alchemist, having a metal mobile and immortality(philosopher's stone).

well from what i can tell thats a problem that tite kubo saw was that it could get too complicated. but i started this thread so you could see the similarities between this and bleach.

to me the best way to describe it is a cross between trigun and bleach. like i said before you guys should check it out. i just wish the series would have been finished. could have made quite a good manga.

it was a western style anime. basically the main char (gamma) was looking for the rings of the undead which when put together would help him attain the zombie powder, an elixir which can bring back the dead but also make the living immortal, which is why gamma wanted it.

the rings of the undead though, eat living people. wolfina's brother (character design for keigo?) found one and fell into a coma as the ring started to eat him from inside.

edit- quite liked how the seemingly useless kid (with the knives) was actually developing some real skill near the end.

Fine..... Anyway, The story was very simple and it DID finish, and it just wasn't the real ending everyone was looking for. No one knows what really happened to Gamma, Smith and Elwood, but it was still a proper ending. Besides, the characters there were not as cool as bleach.
Still, I think Nazna Gemini assembles Sui Fon, as in her style and sick-attitude. :D :D :D

you must be some sort of dumbass...no it did not finish it was cut off abrubtly. kubo himself said that he didnt finish it he was just told by shonen that they wouldnt publish it anymore. im sorry but if a story that is being told is not finished to the end then it didnt finish. and the story was simple? alright where did gammas arm come from? how did zombie powder come into existence?
