see- the problem is ichigos Hollow itself. it is freaking powerful- maybe too powerful and likes to fight(this reminds me of kyuubi).
you dont want him going on a rampage beating everyone up and even hurting his teammates. with all the power it has if ichigo cant control it then ichigo is in trouble.

but if he can- oh boy!! that will be something- then he will have a chance against the arancars- the stronger ones of course.

interesting. so the only way to control the hollow side of him is to completley merge his soul with it whereas up till now he has managed to supress it but he and everyone else realize that he cant.

well ya it reminds me of kyubbi also, but the difference is that he might be able to get down and control it compleatly, but with the kyubbi the mass chakara takes control of u..

maybe the stripes show how strong it is........ every time the hollow comes out it gains anotehr stripe........maybe the mask will go completely black and he will be unstoppable!! or maybe it's just showing his hollow is flourishing! the more stripes the closer it is to taking over! and if the mask turns black he'll become the hollow ichigo for EVER! :lol:

those stripes are red if i remember correctly that is. but people are saying that its the amount of control the hollow has over ichigo.
