after further review I think tha what oro was smiling about was the actions he alredy had takin rather that future plans, because (1). he alredy dealt with his biggest problem at that moment (naruto) 2. he probly think naruto is destroying his team or at least causing a diversion 3. he got himself a brand new body. thing WERE looking up for oro but i guess he didnt see sai peeping with leads me to belive that sai's real mission has something to o with oro even though that would be very unlikly

Looks like the fights over, and it seems Orochimaru's going to be out for awhile now. Sakura's ok, and Yamato is ok. But what about Naruto? He's prolly gonna be in pretty bad shape.

And Sai's mission is partially revealed! ZOMG is Danzou about to betray Konoha? Whatever it is, it doesn't sound good. Luckily for the good guys, there should still be a Yamato clone watching the proceedings. So Tsunade will know about Danzou's agenda right away

Anyway, seems we were right with the necklace. He used it to blast Naruto back into human form. Is there really any need for a fight club in this one? The action in it was pretty easy to read, and occured in short bursts. So I'll just post a synopsis, unless somebody wants the full thing.

Synopsis:

Turns out Naruto wasn't even pierced by the Kusenagi sword. He knocks it away, and the force of his attack forces Kabuto, Sakura, and Yamato to leap away from the bridge. Kabuto taunts Sakura by saying that Naruto went this far to save Sasuke. And Sakura realizes that it's the promise he made to her that's driving him to this point. She tries to reason with Naruto, but Naruto smacks her away with his tail. Yamato manages to hold him using a wood technique, and also holds Kabuto, thinking he's going to attack Sakura.

Kabuto says he's not here to fight, and leaves to tend to Orochimaru. Yamato then uses his secret technique. 火影式耳順術！！ 廓庵入XX垂手 Hokage-shiki Jijunjutsu Kakuan Nitten Suishu (Hokage-Style Obedience Technique, Sanctuary of Enclosing Hands) to knock Naruto out of Kyuubi form. Sakura tends to her wounds, and Naruto slowly starts to change back into a human.

what is more important to me here is that Now most people who were speaking against this kyuubi mode will now understand why jiraiya spent time training naruto to use kyuubis chakra. if it can tire out Orochimaru like this then imagine how it will help naruto in other fights against people like Akatsuki whose main aim is to capture him and get the kyuubi.
of course i realize if his life span is supposed to prolong- he has to start using his head and less of the kyuubi mode transformations. but if push comes to shove- it is his best thing for surviving.

Good point however, if two or three akatsuki comes after him, its easy to see where his training wouldnt really pay off that much, however, considering they know just how strong the kyuubi(and other demons) are, I would say they have ways of being prepared to deal with their different chakras. I mean, 4 tails was basically able to just squeek by oro, but I think 2 or 3 akatsuki will take naruto down if hes alone, regardless of kyuubi intervention.

Did anyone else think the end of the fight was a little anti-climactic? I know that it is amazing the Kusanagi was unable to pierce Naruto. Kishimoto could have had it a little more hectic at the end. Like say have Naruto rampage on every one and make Yamato Struggle bit to use the obedience technique.

This is best chapter in awhile IMO. And we all know that Sai is just a weapon that follows orders, so it's more about Danzou betraying konoha than sai himself doing it... basicly means the same thing anyways I guess. :)

Raesengan is cool but alittle voer used. in most of his fights it's the 2nd thing he does. if he could utilize his skills with Kagebushin perfectly Naruto wouldn't even hafta fight any one, his clones can do it and he can watch from teh sidelines and throw kunai! he did the non fightnig part when Kakashi used hi MAgekyou(sp?) and naruto was fighting Deidara(sp?) and the real naruto was on the sidelines holding up Kakashi. see that's what he should do, it's strategic and less painful

anyways, i am think (or is it i am sure) that the exam will be next arc. because when naruto came back to konoha i remember reading that the chuunin exam was gonna be soon.

in this arc, if it happens, i expect another unusual development like the Orochimaru thingy during the last chunin exam we saw. i dont know whether that is what Danzou is trying to set up with Oro. but we might see some oro interference or Akatsuki incident-

He summoned an energy blast that slammed into Naruto's upper chest (where the pendant of the necklace would be) the necklace seems to be the catalyst or focus for the technique Yamato used.

Anyway, I think a Chuunin exam would be a good break, and give us a chance to see how Naruto's improved outside of Kyuubi mode.

It'll likely be held in Suna too, so we'll get to see how Gaara and family are doing. :p

Also, to y.o., I have no idea why youre judging a jutsu the way you are based on how it looks. I mean you could say, "I dont see how Mokuton is so great, I mean why is Yamato so special? It looks like anyone can do it." Hell, it looks like anyone can do any jutsu to us. I see Naruto taking this a lot harder then Sakura will. I mean Sakura knows he's a Jinchuuriki. So she'll probably just be like "Yes, I understand you were controlled by the Kyuubi, it's ok... I'll be there to back you up next time so you don't need to go that far again". Naruto however is about to experience some major angst over it. I mean, he hurt one of his closest friends.

i agree with you on this. the mission was botched up from the beginning. Sai was going to be a traitor and no one knew(i dont know if yamato was aware either). Kabuto the spy (whom no one knew was the spy) was coming in kahoots with Oro to kill sasori(Neo-Team 7).

too many unknown metrics- and the opponents were too powerful. i am sure if it hadnt been for Kyuubi mode 4 Oro coulda killed all of them except maybe Sai. or some daredevil heroics from Yamato. they didnt get the spy- failed mission there

but at least there aresome positives. Naruto may learn to control this 4th stage(give him some time especially when he learns what he did to sakura), if yamatos clone is really listening in to Sai Danzous treachery will be revealed(if it really is a treachery), and where Yamato's allegiance lies might also be revealed to us fans.

if it's predictable what's gunna happen next? is he gunna die and go train with some old guy in the spirit realm? no naruto isn't any where close to DBZ, one he doesn't shoot ki blasts all the time or yell for 3 episodes straight Naruto is actually interesting unlike DBZ.

I dont agree. if one realizes that what he does (whether he is tool or not) is traitorous to the higher power which he serves he is a traitor he serves Danzou, danzou is the leader of Root anbu, root anbu serves konoaha therfore through simple hierarchy he is a traitor at least in my beliefs.

I agree. His loyalties lie to root anbu; it's safe to assume Danzou has some sort of treachorous scheme up his sleeves. If Sai's loyalty to Danzou requires him to double cross Konoha village as a whole, he's a traitor.

Although unlikely, cause he's a mid-driff baring tool (in the insulting sense), it could be possible for him to disregard Danzou's orders because of his love for Konoha. :roll:

Well, he's pretty much a drone. He doesnt or wouldnt care about Konoha, he doesnt even care about his own team. Of course he'll have no simpathy for anyone of his team or Konoha. Hes got no emotions.
So i think that Sai in the hands of Danzou or that old guy the first time we are introduced to Sai. And if they have any plans for Konoha or Oro then theres not much stopping sai, well meaning by his thoughts or emotions.
