i think that this is the last of this fight. oro is bound to be out of chakara and i think that either yamato is going to take over naruto and stop the fight or naruto is going to knocked out after this. very impressive though. if oro didnt have that summon he would have been funked.

Wicked chapter. What Yamato was saying about naruto still being able to move with that much chakra could be some wicked foreshadow. The message I got was that anyone with that much chakra inside them should not be able to maintain it, because realistically, altho he is covered in kyuubi chakra, the chakra is using his body as a medium. Maybe Naruto is more 'special' then just having a demon fox inside him yeh? Besides which, the next year is probably going to have some arc where naruto has to learn to control the demon fox again, or subdue it, something along those lines.

I kinda agree. With all of these super attacks we basicly get 2 attacks per chapter.

the thing is, unfortunately, the only two times when naruto got into a fight since the time jump were situations in which he got emotionally disturbed: first, rescue gaara which he now consider as the person who ressembles him most, and see him dead in the hands of a ruthless gender-confused villain.
And then against orochimaru, the man who perverted, and took away his best friend, who taunted himself berserk...
This kinda disappoints me too but I don't lose the hope of seeing some clever and cool fights after this one's over... :wink:

What is this attack?

(1) The black chakra sphere hovers in front of Naruto's mouth
(2) It begins to shrink in size
(3) On the other side of the crater, Orochimaru watches Naruto uneasily.
(4) He starts moving away from Naruto

Orochimaru: Even for me, getting hit by that much chakra at once... would surely kill me.

(5) Yamato watches from his hiding place

Yamato: So, in search of stability, the chakra that leaked out is attempting to create a form even closer to that of the Kyuubi... And *that* truly is a miniature Kyuubi... With Naruto's body acting as little more than a skeleton. This Kyuubi chakra here is different than what I saw before, both in terms of its quantity and character. Most notably, it reeks of malice... With that kind of chakra wrapped around one's body, normally you'd... So why... Why is he still able to move...?


(6) The sphere shrinks again

Yamato: Naruto... What the hell are you?

(7) Sai moves to another location
(8-9) He gets behind a tree near the crater and continues observing the fight.
(10) Naruto opens his mouth
(11) And eats the sphere of chakra
(12) He begins to channel chakra into his body

Orochimaru: Such a large amount of chakra. Just how do you plan to attack me with it? Heh heh heh...

(13) Naruto's body suddenly poofs up to an enormous size.
(14) Orochimaru looks shocked
(15) Naruto begins to open his mouth
(16) A giant blast of chakra bursts from his mouth at Orochimaru

Orochimaru: So thats how... heh

(17) Orochimaru bites both of his thumbs, causing them to bleed.
(18) The blast flies at Orochimaru
(19) Orochimaru slams his hands into the ground, forming summoning circles.

Orochimaru: 三重羅生門 Sanjuu Rashoumon! (Triple Rashoumon)

(20) The ground around Orochimaru cracks open.
(21) Three Rashumon Gates appear in a line in front of Orochimaru. (Remember this from Kiba Vs. Sakon?)
(22) Naruto's chakra blast flies at the first gate

Yamato: Guh... what an incredible fight, at this level it's more then just finding an opening to strike at.

(23) The blast collides with the first gate.
(24) A giant explosion rocks the nearby forest
(25-27) Yamato, Sakura, Kabuto, and Sai all react to the explosion.
(28) A large cloud of dust fills the crater
(29-30) The dust slowly begins to clear
(31) Naruto stands in the crater
(32) His eyes scan for any hint of Orochimaru
(33) The dust continues to clear
(34) Orochimaru has been knocked backwards by the blast, his head buried in the dirt.
(35) Three rectangular holes stand between Naruto and Orochimaru, the blast destroyed all the gates.
(36) Yamato stares at Naruto in awe
(37) Sai watches with an unreadable expression
(38) Sakura looks confused

Sakura: What the hell is going on!?

Kabuto: Impressive, to think that he's this powerful.

(39) Naruto gets ready to move
(40) He notices something below him
(41) A blade suddenly shoots out of the ground.
(42) The blade pierces Narutos body and lifts him off the ground with great force.
(43) Naruto is tossed into the air
(44) Orochimaru's head rises from the ground, the Kusenagi sword held firmly in his mouth.
(45) His head lifts into the air, attached to a very long neck.
(46) He lowers his head, slamming Naruto into the ground.
(47) Something crashes into the ledge near the bridge
(48) Sakura, Kabuto, and Yamato all turn to see what it is.
(49) Kabuto watches, surprised
(50) Back in the crater, Orochimaru smirks.
(51) Sakura looks shocked.
(52) Naruto lies motionless on the other side of the bridge, still in Four Tails form.
(53) Sakura stares at his new form.

Kabuto: It seems he's even closer to the Kyuubi then he was a few minutes ago...

Sakura: ...Naruto...

End

Synopsis: Naruto ingests the ball of chakra, and releases a giant chakra beam from his mouth. Orochimaru blocks the attack by summonings three Rashoumon Gates, but even with that level of protection, Naruto still manages to blow the gates apart and knock Orochimaru to the other side of the crater. Orochimaru counterattacks by hitting Naruto with a surprise hit using the Kusenagi sword, the force of this attack knocks Naruto into the bridge area, where Sakura is shocked to see his new form.

Questions and Comments:
When the hell are we going to find out Sai's mission!?
Now that Orochimaru is nowhere nearby, is Naruto going to attack the people on the bridge?
Orochimaru is pretty funny, he was predicting his own death, yet was totally cool about it. All that hate I had for him is gone, he's a pretty sweet character now.
Is Sasuke ever going to appear? (I'm guessing not for a few chapters at least)

I'm also wondering whether Kyuubi-Naruto has gotten to the point where he just attacks anything in sight. Though technically, Kyuubi is still sealed, even though the seal is loose.

I just hope he grows another couple tails and finish off Orochimaru, or maybe at least do some serious damage to him. And maybe the growth will actually scare Sai into revealing his mission.

What i really believe is that during that 2 and a half years, jiraiya was focusing on naruto's use of the kyubii chakra. not on several mediocore diversive techniques.

i believe that at first the 3 tails were as bad as the 4 tails as to its effect on Naruto. but he was able control it. and now who knows, that at this point in time, Naruto have mastered the use of the 4th tail too. by that i mean, he is now able to control himself.

as Yamato have wondered, naruto was able to cope up despite his body deteriorating. so naruto must still have the precence of mind in this fight.

so, if this is how naruto progressed and that some are not liking it. well this is it. not the cool and handsome thing to look at but sure powerful and more useful than any others.

finally somebody agrees with the point i have been making since naruto started fighting Oro in kyuubi mode. at his age , level of maturity and experience, i doubt any number of jutsus naruto knows will come close to really matching up with Oro. his best chance Jiraiya probably realized is to fully realize using kyuubi's help and power. of course he learnt some jutsus(i would like to see him use some) but with the likes of akatsuki (itachi and the rest) around kyuubi mode is his best chance of surviving. hopefully he learns to mentally control each stage he gets to.

well i disagree with noelsque, If this manga has something worth is that the chakra isn't everything, you can have a large amount of it but if you can controle it perfectly and also if you know enough techniques to use it properly you won't become great. Naruto hasn't grown in any sense, he just has a large amount of chakra, which just mades him mad. He is going to lose to Oro and Akatsuki for sure fighting that way...

my point is that whether one has faith or not, naruto will learn some jutsus.
it will come to that eventually. Everybody agrees that he probably knows some jutsu at the moment- i dont think jiraiya only taught him to use kyuubis power or one secret and dangerous jutsu(the one he warned him not to use). Oodama rasengan is an example.

this is where i am saying people should take a look at this kyuubi-enabled naruto more logically. that is exactly what KISHIMOTO did and Jiraiya too.

here we have one kid (about 18 years old) been chased by war hardened experienced fighters like itachi and kisame(akatsuki). However genius-like he could be(and this guy is not) no amount of jutsu or trickery he can learn will make him able to fight these guys and stay alive to tell about it (in such a short time).

remember when Jiraiya was training him to enter the chuunin second stage exam. His main goal was to make naruto to be able to tap into(summon) kyuubi's power and learn to control it- (great result = Gamabunta).

so gradually as he learns to use and control each stage of that this power endows him, he will learn jutsus along with it.

so far he has used 4-tails twice- it should then be understandable if he doesnt know how to mentally control it yet- after learning control then comes jutsus.

ask yourself- if you are a teacher what will you have done- teach him all the jutsus you know in 2.5 years-against ninjas who have had decades of experience and jutsu learning- because it makes him a better ninja in peoples eyes? what defines a ninja? is it one who learns to use what he has within him better or one that does what every one thinks is the best way?

the way i see it naruto's soon over because even akatsuki said that they'd wait three years for there plan to go into action. so my guess is

there going at this long rate to make it seem like there's alot left.

and to give you more insight into what's happening on the battle field.

and my guess is that something will happen they'll have to return to the village and stay awhile looking for other leads on sauske because oro's going to escape.

Then once they get a lead and go to find sauske it'll be like 1 week before oro has to switch bodies. they'll get to oro's house,neverland, where oro will show the sannins will take on oro. some of his jounins will show up, the junins will take the jounins. then all 9 members of akatsuki will show up, and the rookie 9 including sauske, team gai, gaara,temari, and kankoro, will show up and they'll fight

naruto will take leader

sauske will take itachi

team gai kisame

then they'll divide into two's and take down the rest

It got lame when they got rid of Sasuke becose he was better then Naruto. And I hope that Naruto haven't learned any new jutsu. And that he dies in the end, saving his village or something like that.

My Opinion of what will happen is this:

Naruto will either wake up and go to five tails and yamato will be forced to stop him somehow or naruto will not wake up.
Either way i think that Yamato will be forced to take on Oro (maybe with sai) Then Kabuto will try and help but Sakura will be forced to fight Kabuto (which could be awsome!) If Sai doesnt help maybe he'll continue his mission and if it is, he'll investigate naruto character.

Im also finnaly grateful for someones opinion to match mine, Naruto never did and maybe never will match Oro skill level. Oro just has too many years on him with all the Jutsus, Techniques, Chakra and Personalities he has witnessed and defeated.

During the two and a half years that naruto was training Jiariya was more than likely concentraing on naruto's ability to control kyuubi and maybe worked on some seperate jutsu's, but mainly on the techniques he could use while using kyuubi.

These are all theories based on what i have witnessed in the passed mangas and the anime.

I am hating this chapter...
I am soooo sick of Naruto acting like a Uber Noob. I hate this Kyuubified look. OMG WOZORZ its a TINY FOX WITH HUGE CHAKRA BUT NO BRAIN. I hate this... god naruto just Freaking shoots chakra everywhere... this is becoming lame fast... wheres the Human Naruto? with some new jutsu's? character development? personality changes... GONE! all we have is a Krazy Kyuubi that is IMBA in power and just goes on a rampage .. Naruto is losing it's Spark, the thing that made it better than the other mangas...the amazing story... its getting lame now... Kishimoto i hope u hear this...

It got lame when they got rid of Sasuke becose he was better then Naruto. And I hope that Naruto haven't learned any new jutsu. And that he dies in the end, saving his village or something like that.

I have a question can real Yamato see everything a clone can see? If so , then it's realy good jutsu like 2 in 1.

and u say naruto use skill alrdy. when he fought fake itachi, ofcourse the only new jutsu was oddama rasengan but he has really good stradegies.

if you look at this- u are doing the same thing- how does any one know that sasuke will be stronger than naruto? if you say sasuke will be stronger then you may be implying that sasuke is as strong or stronger than both jiraiya and Oro (bcos these two sanins are having/or had problems fighting naruto)

sasuke might show i think getting to the end of this arc- probably when Oro is about to get in a pinch or something. most fans want to see his return and kishimoto knows how to keep us hanging. a surprise is in store for us soon enough

i understand the feeling of disappointment of some of the naruto fans in this chap. we all want to see naruto doing some sasuke tricks, if not kakashi like tricks. the cool and highly technical sounding techinques. very ninja like. but as you can see or read the manga is entitled Naruto.... a story of boy who has a demon sealed in his body. do you honestly think that having a demon inside the body makes one person so cool?

i don't know where you're from... but here in asia... specifically the korean and japanese mythology... is that a fox spirit enters into a body of a person and claimed it as its own.

that is why the story of naruto goes this way... if you don't like stop reading it... don't make it so sound that the story or the chapter so sucks... becaues kishimoto have his story rotated all over the world. not yours. if you think you can do better, make one and pray to the gods and godesses of luck to grant you a publishing company...

anyway i dont think a ormal naruto can amtch up to oro at all. i mean oro is 50 years old. either way kyubi would be needed or tis battle is one sided.

also jiriaya had to teach naruto so he would be able to defend aagaisnt akatsuki. im sure most of his teaching were on kyubi and how naruto would be able to use it, thats the fastest way to gain power.

and until naruto has full control over his tails 9even in 2 tails it seems like he doesent have much) he probably wont be doing any stradgey battls, cause hes gone mad

Surprisingly very little, Naruto went forth tail and later went through a transformation. Sai began his mission, but that hasn't really been made clear to us yet. And basicly its just been Oro and Naruto fighting.

292: Naruto owns Sakura and Kabuto with his Kyuubi aura, and starts fighting with Orochimaru. Sai begins his mission (whatever that is) and ignoring his team, rushes after Naruto and Oro who have moved into the forest. Sakura falls off the bridge and is saved by Yamato. Naruto begins releasing the fourth tail.

293: Sai watches Naruto and Oro fight from his bird. Yamato wakes up Sakura, and sends a clone into the forest after Naruto. Naruto releases the Fourth tail.

294: 4-Tail Naruto fights Orochimaru, and begins charging a powerful attack while Sai and Yamato watch from a safe distance. Kabuto reaches the bridge and starts talking with Yamato and Sakura.

i think there's a 50% chance of him attacking his team mates. I on the other hand think Naruto's done for this fight. his body won't be able to stand the strain on his body.

I did look like he hit him somewhere in that region. And it could do something to naruto to affect his fighting or something?

Yea, the sword didn't do any damage at all. All the injuries Naruto received were from his Kyuubi aura.
