soetimes can be noisy and do not help to read the image easily.

no it is just that most people only comment on things that they consider spectacular. or atleast really really friggin good. take no offense just cause not everyone comments on your fan art doesnt mean they dont like it or that it sucks.

it looks good although if i was you i wouldnt colorize them, just the lines since you are not that great at coloring them ;) (and you probably know that yourself to :) )

TBH there are to much white spots and the shading is in wrong places, one moment the shading goes right while at a other part it goes left.

and the blending colors dont belong in anime. there has to be a big contrast in light and dark in anime.

With the light and dark...whatever...I don't really understand that statement, but how I understand it, I'm not really going to the colors exactly as it is the anime...and if you think the colors are in too many dark shades...eh...that's just what I like...dark colors...

I like your art. Not anime/manga quality, but you're not a professional so it doesn't have to be that good.

well i think its good too and the only thing wrong in ur artwork is how uve drawn the arm, face, and the colouring.. but everything works out fine with me

I mean, I can't draw robots very well just from the top of my head, I need referance material or an actuall pickture of something to get the concept of what to draw...Robot are hard and you seem to do them quite well so nice job, really!! =^__ _^=

I hear what NarutoIZZAbest is saying. The distinct line between tones, it has no soft edges like other naural forms of art. Diffrent ppl like diffrent stuff.

I dont think that method is used a lot in stills, but i do know that they use that a lot in animation, its harder to mess up from one frame to the next like that.

I don't like using the blending technique, because I know from experience, that I'm not that great at it. And yes my artwork is animation style, and that is my intention. But there are great artists that use flat colors in their artwork and it looks fantastic! (one of my favorite is www.nyanko-chan.deviantart.com) In this particular artwork, I simplified the color usage, b/c I'm going to sell my artwork at an upcoming con, and I can't give too much time to stylize my works. I like the style, personaally i cant do it. I think its great when an artis dosent do art in the same way for every piece, and can use a wide range of techniques.

I have tried moving out of area that i am comfortable in and it aint easy.
