Kakashi has more chakra than anyone even kyubi

Since he has the sharingan he must spends lots of chakra to keep it active and not die. He constantly has it activated cuz (assumption) he had it implanted so he has to hide it as he cant turn it off like sasuke

We have no way of knowing how strong the fourth Hokage. He could have been stronger or weaker than Itachi. From what I understand he was the strongest Hokage of all therefore he was probably equal or slightly stronger than Itachi. There is no way of telling who is stronger Gai or Kakashi because some of their win loss system are things like rock paper scissors. They don't always fight and they don't show you who wins any of their fights. Kakashi could copy Gai's speed with his Sharingan like Sasuke did to Lee. This is basically not a good question and none is proven.

The sharingan ONLY NEEDS CHAKRA TO OPEN, it doesn't need chakra to maintain. Obviously the sharingan was already open when Kakashi took it. AND, if Kakashi could actually control the sharingan with his chakra flow, he'd be able to turn it off... and we all know that he can't, which is why he wears that damn thing.

So obviously, Kakashi doesn't use his chakra to control the sharingan, and therefore, having it on constantly is no cost to his chakra.

i dont think he ment the sharingan, i think he was talking about theyr talent in nin, gen and taijutsu, not all ninja share this, since chidori needs both nin and taijutsu to perform made him similar to kakashi, i cant see gai being able to do chidori since he has only little talent in ninjutsu, or sakura since she has little potential in taijutsu, naruto is good in both and he was able to learn a similar jutsu ( rasengan ), and neji is also good in both, and his gentle fist is also a similar jutsu, having a sharingan has nothing to do with it

Naruto's speed is not so small. Even without Kyuubis chakra he would be able to fight Sasuke in his full speed (but it wont be easy for Naruto to win)
