honestly i thought something like this was gonna happen cause you knew from past experiences with shinigami in the human world theyve had limits placed on them in order to keep there powers in check. my only problem is how did they get their reiatsu so high compared to ichigos. i understand hes fighting one of the top 10 guys but still the power gap shouldnt be so large between him and grimjaw or even him and renji. i just wanna see how they explain it. but i find it funny that ikkaku didnt even release the limit on himself. i mean damn.

thanks- i didnt think there was gonna to be a chapter this week

the power gap should be there- just that we dont know the "how much?". we know this guy ichigo is fighting is way stronger and a leader of the arancar that came to ichigos town.
so i expect ichigo to get to shinigo+hollow form to have a chance (or to get some help from the others) unless this guy is as weak as the others already pawned.

ikkau doesn't have a limit placed on him because he's a third seat not a vice captain or captain and i'm pretty sure ichigo is gonna have a hard time beating grimjaw and he'll proably get his ass kicked and the hollow part of him will take over and kill grimjaw.

hmm i don't know but i wouldn't say it's huge renji can proably beat byakuya when ichigo faced him and how long has it been since ichigo left that place?but if you want to talk about a huge gap look at sado =( i liked him he should have had more ppl to fight during the rescue of rukia.they just gave him some weak death gods to fight which he defeated with one punch.and now he can't even fight by ichigo's side anymore that ancaran tore his arm to shreds

if renji could beat byakuya when ichigo faced him then why did he lose when he fought him oh i dont know earlier that fucking day. think about it. before this ark ichigo was the strongest save for the captains we havent seen fight which is the head guy the samurai guy the sick guy and the head guy.

i agree- unless yoruichi and co come out to help vizard ichigo will have to appear because i doubt his opponent is a push over. it would be frightening power if he is a menos turned arancar

Is there a difference of ichigos soul power in the real world and in soul society ? Anyone know ? Is he like the other (captain and vice-captains ) or not ?

to my memory i havent read anywhere that says that ichigos reiatsu is limited either in soul society or in the real world. also thinking back on the effect his reiatsu had on sado and inoue as well as been able to raise it so much as to be able to fight and drive back one of the gillians that attacked in the earlier episodes i think it is save to say that his reiatsu isnt limited
