i searched but i didnt find any topic about this
so sorry if there was already a thread about this and didnt see it

if not ok then here it is:
first: you need a drawing in color
second: go to paint program and use zoom to 8X and use pencil then scan ur picture and put it right next the the paint program ( half the monitor the model and half the page the paint program)
third:use black color then draw all around the character with pixles dont leave any spaces then look at the model and search for the colors that has been rarely used make then in color effect and put the colors in the spot they should be then use paint buket and use it with the most common color in the picture and feel the white space up ( if u have white scape in picture make it a little grayish....)

each line ur done zoom out and check for errors ( that's y it takes along time to make sprites )
then i f u want them to be more bigger :either use the scale tool to make them bigger or for better graphic draw the whole thing again with a bigger brush ( F.Y.I: dont use circle bruch if u do use small circle bruch ok?

Hm, this might be helpful for some people but right now its not very informative...
Maybe if you want to go into detail then it might be useful :?
