got my first manga yesturday, my dad got it for me. Lupin III. it was hell funny. now im hooked.

also, i was wondering if reading the naruto manga is worth it if the show is taken directly from it? if this isnt true plz inform me with the true.

well its worth it if you want to know what happens ahead of time or want to be able to transport naruto with u to many places

Well, considering the manga's almost 100 episodes ahead of the anime, you defenately do, alot of very important stuff happens in the manga that hasn't come out in the anime yet.

the anime has some stuff that the manga doesn't and the manga has some stuff tha tthe anime doesn;t

I heard the in the manga kakashi takes off his mask (althought you can see it) when he naruto and sakura went to go to the ramen shop. They say the kakashi is suppose to look so good under that mast that he able to turn men GAY :shock:

The story lines are exactly the same and most of the scenes are as well...I say most meaning that I haven't (or don't remember) seen anything stray, but I'll bet my memory has failed me and there's an occasion where things are left out of one or the other here and there...virtually identical imho

MANGA IS AWESOME. My first one was the 2nd tenchi one...my first series was one called Kazan, it was awesome, then love hina, Then a giand combo of what im doing now, of Flame of Recca, Raganarok, X/1999, Kenshin, Galaxy Angel, and thats it...their all great

my first manga that I ever read was shaman king, its very good but it doesn't compaire to naruto. I also think they screwed shaman king up when they let bandai release it in america. don't get me wrong they did a great job with it. it just pisses me off that they changed the names of the characters.

my first manga was.... i think oh my goddess (hey i am a girl) then was ranma? then over $300 worth of manga. now im saving money and dl then ^^

i actually read the manga from shonen jump at first, when i first saw the anime, i thought the art looked worser than the manga, but now i think it looks really nice!

EDIT: Though if you REALLY want to... there are some hentai out there feature Kakashi with his mask off.

i actually read the manga from shonen jump at first, when i first saw the anime, i thought the art looked worser than the manga, but now i think it looks really nice!

its in the manga art book with (i think) kakashi and naruto on the cover. the other manga art book has a one shot manga by the creator of naruto. in the one shot comic the creator keeps naruto, and is about friends. you can download it at http://www.toriyamaworld.com/various/
