Sannin v.s the fourth

i wonder whos stronger the sannins any of them v.s the fourth.and why did the thid nominate the fourth hokage hokage instead of jiraya or tsunade.and do we know the fourth hokage's name.

1. The Fourth would have kicked any of the Sannin's butts pretty easily.

2. Um, we don't know why he chose the Fourth. Since we know so little about him.

well i believe that is becos Jiariya said himself that he isnt hokage material and moreover for tsunade she was probably not suited for the job at that time due to her bad attitude.(gambling etc)
So i guess, the most reasonable and sensible characther for the job was probably jiariya disciple...who eventually became the fourth.

The 4th was a true gunius nin, just look at his jutsus, and it would be easy to see who is stronger! And the age at which he became a hokage.

Your're right thought Oro wanted to be a hokage at 1st and got turned down b/c the 3rd had seen his ambition for power, tsunada just wasnt stable after losing her man and bro, and gambling, and jariya even though was wise and strong enough was a pervert who didnt want the title and the responsibilities that came w/ it, it would have kept him from peekin!!

I'm pretty sure the Fourth could take out any one of the Sannin 1v1. Though Jiraiya might give him a little trouble, since he was his teacher and would have knowledge of most of his abilities.

wel i think he would kick tsunade ass with out a doubt.but what about oro do you think he can beat him.oro did try to summon him so oro does acknowledge him as a strong hokage but can he beat oro with his rasengan hi studder step and other jutsu he knows.and for jiraya i think he could probaly own him cause he probaly knows the flaw to his studder step jutsu and i'm pretty sure his rasengan is stronger.

i agree with this somewhat. I mean in Tsunades case she woulda fallen- most peole would agree with this- i think. but for Oro and Jiraiya- i am not soo sure he coulda have had it easy. wasnt sarutobi himself that said Oro didnt get the hokage position just because of his twisted personality and ambition (my take is he would have turned Konoha into a graveyard for his experiments or a battle ground with other states so easily just to learn jutsus). i doubt Oro coulda been owned so easily even with the rasengan. and Jiraiya was his sensei. that goes for something.

He didnt summon him b/c he reconized him as a strong hokage, he was just summoning all the dead hokage

how much sense did that make jus to waste chakra summoning weak hokages oro knew he the forst and second were strong after all they trained the third and created konohoa.and the third said if i let thios one come out i'll be beat for sure or something like that.oro knew he was a strong hokage and with him on his side would own the third.

I think it was more because he alreday had to handle oro and two hokage, and he didn't want to get annoyed by a fourth opponnent :wink:

are you serious watch the part when the 3rd casket is coming up the third quickly stopped it if the fourth came out the battle would have been alot shorter.he had to stop it the fourth would had finished him.not to mention he had the first 2 hokages and oro ot handle which was a handful.

Yondaime means the 4th literally, you just said you could have sworn his name was the 4th!! The was called sandiame, and the 5th is godiame, I cant remember what the 1st and 2nd was right now

the 3rd knew what the casket's were.but he was shocked that oro could use suc a strong thecnique and he was summoning his sensei's the first 2 hokages.but he finally stopped day dreaming and stopped the 3rd casket when he saw it was the fourth and knew he would definently lose the battle if he was summoned.
