Have we actaully seen the rasengan in the Anime??

Hey, remember way back when (Gaara, Temari & Kankuro's) sensei, ) the dude with the half veil... fought Hayate.... Well they never show how he kills him but from what we do see, it looks an awful like he's about to do the rasengan (and he calls it the blade of the wind) which is sorta what the rasengan is (more like a bullet of wind) but... plus the rasengan dosn't require a hand seal and the guy doesn't use a hand seal sooo.. hmmm maybe we've seen the rasengan already?? let me know what y'all think...

i dont think so, the rasengan has the need for almost perfect chakra control, and that was needed for naruto to train his body, you can compare it with speed, you can copy the move but you cant copy the speed, so sasuke might copy the chidory but his body wont be able to control it

I agree. Since no hand seals are preformed the sharingan couldn't copy it. There is more to that justu then just the hand seals.

Just because sasuke learns the chidori from kakashi doesn't mean he can't learn rasengan. Sasuke is a really good shinobi so he should be able to learn it. But then again it will take a while since you need really good chakara control like some said before. I don't think he will learn it, since sasuke knows the chidori already and it took Naruto a while to get rasengan and it wouldn't be really fair, plot wise. Also the fact that you don't use hand seals so it be harder to copy.

We have now seen the Rasengan in the Anime. Jiraiya used it in episode 86 it is blue.

yea Ive always wondered if sasuke copied the Rasengan because if kakashi could copy the initial lotus (where he was doing the 1 handed cliff climb) which takes no hand seals and sasuke copied lee's taijustu when he first met sasuke (sasuke called it the lion combo) which takes chakra control to properly pull off (sending chakra to certain parts of the body to move that fast) . It seems logical to me that he could have copied the Rasengan. But does that mean he could use both the chidori and Rasengan at the same time? If so he would have the most powerful jutsu in the series, excluding the death god seal that killed the 3rd and 4th

The rasengan doesn't have a hand seal, and so Sasuke can't copy it. Sharingan copies jutsus with hand seals.

it'll be so cool if sakura can, cause she's like the "weakest" person, but with the rasengan, BOOM she can be super strong!

I dont think Sakura would be able to use the Rasengan, it requires a lot of power to use even if the Chakara isnt expelled. It took all of Naruto's power to get past the second stage in a good time and he used so much Chakara it burnt his hand. Sakura may have lots of control after all, but thats only half of whats needed.

wow, imagine naruto doing a rasengan while in the kyubii state.!!!! A red ball of chakra explodes on sasukes and instantly disinigrates him.!!! lol....

you know, I cant help but think back to Chuunin Exams when Kabuto was saying something along the lines of "when this kid masters chakra control, he'll be a monster..". Well after working so hard to control his chakra to master this rasengan attack..it'll be interesting to see how it affects the rest of his fighting.

If you remember the graph that showed control that Ebisu(I think) showed naruto that showed how he would waste 30% chakra, while Sasuke would wast about 10%...now its probably down to around even figures.

This upcoming fight with naruto and sasuke will be interesting if they've both got chakra control down.
