Download Complete Problem

I was downloading 2 esp of direct download and then when I finsihed downloading both of them none of them can work. Yesterday I did the same thing downloading 2 direct downloads and it worked. I also used a download manger.
It has this error :
" CRC failed in [ANBU-AonE]_Naruto_77_[0AC05DA2].avi. The file is corrupt.''
When ever i try to download off of bit torrent the light is always yellow its never green..can anyone help me?

This is realy getting old. The program fot dl'ing BT files is shareaza . You can dl aza from www.shareaza.com , free dl , free software , no need to fill in forms , and i garentee you the files will not be corrupt , or at least for the last 81 ep's i haven't had one problem YET !!!
