I guess Aizen and the two other captains are half hollows. I'm pretty sure Aizen had a broken mask and tail or something in the end of the last chapter. It still doesn't explain why they want Ichigo, which I guess is kinda cool that they will slowly reveal as to why. Might just be me, but I don't think they mentioned Vaizards at all. Are they just like the Arankaru? Oh well, good chapter and obviously looking forward to the next one.
