But anyway. It seems that most of us were right with our guesses. Gaara died, and Chiyo is sacrificing herself to bring him back...

But, this is one of the few times we've ever seen Naruto doubt himself. I think that's more important. He questioned if becoming a Kage was worth it, and even if being a Demon-Container was worth it. Naruto questioning becoming a Kage? I'd say that's much more important then a plot twist we saw coming 6 chapters ago.

Anyway, I'm not going to post Fight Club this week unless people ask for it... not much happened in the way of action. Deidara goes pop, everybody runs, and Kakashi phases the explosion into... The Other Dimension! ~cough~

The scan I read said "another dimension" rather than "another space". I wonder which is more accurate...they have pretty different connotations.

Also, the version I read didn't have him doubting whether he wanted to be a kage. It had him thinking it was terrible that Gaara died so soon after becoming one.

It's that time again for CR's Fight Club! A Panel by Panel synopsis of the fights that occured this week. This time we have the explosive conclusion of the fight against Deidara!

THE FINAL ART WORK - DEIDARA'S SUICIDE EXPLOSION!!

(1) Deidara's body puffs out as he finishes his suicide technique.
(2) Deidara explodes, Rock Lee, Neji, and Gai run away from the explosion.
(3) Team Gai continues running towards the others, as the explosion gains on them.

Neji: There's not enough time!

(4) Two Naruto clones jump through the trees carrying the lifeless body of Gaara. The Explosion is almost on them as well.
(5) Everything is suddenly silent.
(6-7) The dust caused by the explosion begins to settle.
(8) Everybody stands still, wondering what happened.
(9-15) Head shots of the characters reacting to the silence.
(16) Naruto suddenly sees something
(17-19) A small distorted portal has appeared where the explosion was, it swirls, then blinks out.
(20) Close up on Kakashi's Mangekyou Sharingan.

End

That's about it for action. Deidara blows up, everybody runs, and Kakashi phases the explosion away using his Mangekyou.

its only natural for people to feel short changed, we've had about 10+ episodes on sasori so when we just see deidara in about 1 or 2 eps against gaara and then go with a bang, it makes us....upset.

Naruto and Sakura will be going to the Village of Grass without a doubt. The question is, who else is going to be with them?

I think Kakashi has probably worn himself out after this last fight. Remember how he was out for several days after the first fight against Zabuza? He'll probably be out for a lot longer then that after using M Sharingan so much. So I doubt he'll be there.

Team Gai? They were ordered to assist Kakashi. So they'll likely stay with him. Probably in the Village of Sand along with a "recovering" Gaara.

My guess...
Temari and Kankuro will arrive along with the Sand backup right after Gaara is revived by Chiyo. They'll return Gaara and Chiyo's body to the Village of Sand. And Naruto and Co. will travel with them. And meet with team Ebisu who traveled there as well.

Team Ebisu returns to the Village of Leaf and tells the Hokage what has occured. As well as information about the meeting between Orochimaru and Sasori's contacts. Realizing that Sakura and Naruto will be going there no matter what she dispatches several of her Chuunin to back them up... possibly part of Team Asuma or Kurenai. Or maybe even a high class Ninja like Jiraiya or Shizune.

Meanwhile, in the Village of Sand, Naruto and Sakura prepare to head to the village of grass. After meeting up with the reinforcements from Leaf, they leave. Possibly with Kankuro or Temari with them. (I could see why Kankuro, as a Puppet Master would want to meet an agent of Sasori's).

Before they leave, Naruto makes a promise to Gaara that he'll get revenge on Akatsuki for him. Gaara responds that he doesn't need that, if Naruto is willing to wait they'll go get revenge together, not just for him. But for the two Jinchuuriki who were already killed by them. This will also be the scene where Naruto reveals to Gaara that he's the bearer of Kyuubi. Something that I believe Gaara doesn't know.

Sakura simply used up her chakra. Which can be solved by a day or two of rest.

Kakashi was out for about a week when he overused the Sharingan during the Country of Wave saga. And since the Mangekyou Sharingan takes much more out of a person then normal Sharingan. I can imagine that Kakashi will probably be out for a lot longer.

He used it three times...
Itachi, a full blooded Uchiha at Kage level used the Mangekyou three times, and was pretty much out of it. I can't imagine what Kakashi, a non-Uchiha will suffer after using it the same amount of times.

The Village of Grass is located in the country between the Country of Fire, and the Country of Earth. It's more or less due North of the Country of River (Where Akatsuki's base is) and Northeast of the Country of Wind.

So it's not very far, though they'll have to pass dangerously close to the Hidden Village of Rain in order to get there via the most direct route.
