transmutation circles..

hope this hasn't been posted before, there were like 200 search results T_T

anyway...i just started watching...and i keep wondering how ed and al can draw the transmutation circles sooo quickly...i thought they were able to do it w/o the circle? anyways my bad for the n00b question =D

Well as far as the speed of making them i'd say practice makes perfect? I think if you got used to drawing them you could probably do it fast. I think later on in the series Al draws them slower.

Ed is able to do it without a transmutation circle after a while.

I have like no idea lol it just is instnatly there... I never really questioend this ;/

There just really, really good at it, they've been doing it pretty much as long as they can remember. Plus you'll find out why ed can do it without a transmutation circle later in the series.
