Well, you're thinking of Love Hina Again, the 3 episode ova. It's really about Kanako, Keitaro's sister who isn't really related him. Thus removing any incest thoughts that may be entering your mind at the moment. :-" I felt kinda sad for Kanako, her role in the OVA wasn't that big of a part when you think about it either. She was used in the manga to spice things up alittle bit before the series was brought to an end.

OMG! I loved this Series! But... As usual, the Manga > the Anime x100. The anime really dissapointed me. But I read the manga first! It was so so sad... *Was playing Utada Hikarus "First Love" song during the whole time*
