of coarse it looks familar...how many of the Konoha nins have taken a sword, kunei(SP??), giant kunei, wooden needles, hostile sand, or any other objects used as a deadly weapon that was not meant for them? It's in their blood as Konoha ninjas to do so. But yea..it sucks that Sakura too...but was that Rasengan that she used? Looked like it..interesting... :twisted:

Damn talk about taking one for the team ya know. Sakura is a medical ninja so im sure shell be fine, however both of them have been cut by sasori's puppets, so that means one of them will die and the other gets the antidote. Chiyo and Sakura will prolly finish off Sasori next chapter....that or he'll be forced to flee and regroup. Chiyo will then end up giving her anitdote to Sakura and die from the poison and Sakura will heal her wound and then pass out from exhaustion.

SIDE NOTE: Not that it would happen but talk about a MAJOR plot twist if Kishimoto-sensei had Sakura being the one to die in the Sasori battle instead of Chiyo. No one would see that coming. Everyone thinks its going to be Chiyo who bites the bullet and its Sakura instead.....whoa boy imagine all the disappointed, mourning fanboys. :P

Yeah but the problem i have with that is i actually LIKE Gaara and would miss his character alot. I don't know......the sand thing, its just so cool, unique and versatile. Plus Gaara is not going to be dead for to much longer, i mean he was after all in the latest Movie premire showcasing his character as a major one, important to the Naruto universe, now your telling me that Kishimoto's going to just kill him off after all that?

First impression: It looks like I was right about his seal... so they have to target that... unfortunately Sakura seems to be in no condition to fight now, considering she has a friggen sword through her chest. So it's going to be Chiyo vs. Sasori in a weaker body...

Looks like it's time for a suicide no jutsu from Chiyo.

It's that time of the week... well technically it's a week late, but don't blame me blame those lazy scanlation people! ~sweatdrop~ Anyway, it's time again for CR's Fight Club! A Panel by Panel of the fights that occured this week... er, the fights that occured this time... ~cough~

(1) Sasori commands his puppet army via a large amount of chakra strings attached to his chest.
(2) Chiyo commands her puppets to move

Chiyo: Bring it on!

(3-4) Sasori's Puppets charge
(5) The Puppets approach Chiyo
(6) Chiyo pulls her chakra strings
(7) Two of the puppets join hands, one of the puppets appears to have a retractable chain attached to his hand.
(8) Part of one of hthe puppets masks pops out, revealing a blade.
(9) Linked together with their chain hands, the two puppets charge
(10) The Blade puppet is swung by the other as a weapon!
(11) One of Sasori's puppets attempts to block the bladed puppet
(12) The blade slices through him anyway
(12) A large number of Sasori's puppets are sliced apart by the bladed puppet
(13-14) One of Chiyo's puppets uses a technique to hurl a boulder at Sasori's puppets
(15-16) Another destroys several of Sasori's using its hair as a blade.
(17-18) And another one of Chiyo's Puppets slices apart one of Sasori's with a sword.
(19) A large number of Sasori's puppets descend on three of Chiyo's.
(20-22) The Three Puppets open their mouth's revealing seals
(23) The Trio unleashes a powerful vacum attack.
(24) The Vacum attack rips apart the enemy puppets
(25) Chiyo looks at the trio
(26) Despite the Vacum attack, not all the puppers were destroyed, they slam into the trio
(27) More puppets descend upon the Trio from above

Chiyo: There's way too many of them!

(28) Sakura attacks the mass of puppets, flinging them away with a shockwave
(29) A puppet is destroyed by one of Sakura's punches
(30) Sakura fights, not noticing a puppet sneaking behind her
(31) Chiyo pulls on her chakra strings
(32) One of the Trio moves behind Sakura, shielding her back from the sneak attack

Chiyo: Only one antidote left, it's over if both me and Sakura get injured

(33) Chiyo is surprised
(34) Chiyo gets sliced by one of Sasori's puppets

Chiyo: Damn it!

(35) One of Chiyo's Puppets engages the one that wounded her

Sakura: Chiyobaa-sama!

(36) Sasori's Puppets surround the fighters and puppets

Chiyo: Sakura you go for Sasori, I'll take care of the other puppets.
Sakura: Ok!
Chiyo: Use this!

(37) One of Chiyo's puppets leaps near Sakura, spitting an orb into her hand, Sakura dodges several of Sasori's puppets, leaping on top of their swords
(38) Sasori watches as Sakura rushes at him
(39) Sakura moves the orb into her right hand, leaping on top of more swords in the process
(40) Chiyo's Puppets ready an attack
(41) Chiyo's puppets knock away the puppets defending Sasori
(42) Sakura readies her attack

Sakura: Right here!

(43) Sakura throws the Orb
(44) The Orb breaks open
(45) A small puppet in the shape of an open Lion Mouth breaks free
(46) Sasori looks shocked
(47) The orb flies at a defenseless Sasori
(48-49) Utter silence
(50) Sasori is pinned to the wall by the orb puppet...
(51) Sasori's puppets lie motionless on the ground

Sakura: ~breathing heavily~ It's over...
Chiyo: He should be unable to move. Sasori, it's all over now, that seal restrains his flow of chakra. He can't use any more chakra threads
Sakura: Chiyobaa-sama, quickly use the antidote

(52) Suddenly, one of Sasori's puppets moves.
(53) It rises up behind Chiyo readying a sword, it's Sasori, a seal on its chest
(54) Sakura notices the puppet
(55) She suddenly realizes what's going on
(56) The sealed Sasori puppet's eyes are blank
(57) The seal that was on the Sasori puppets chest is gone! It moved to a new puppet!
(58) The New Sasori puppet rushes at Chiyo
(59) Sakura runs towards Chiyo
(60) A splatter of blood flies past Chiyo's face as she turns
(61) Sakura is revealed behind Chiyo, she has saved Chiyo by allowing herself to get impaled on the sword.
