Screen shots

I tried taking a screen shot of some things in Naruto(anime). But when I paste it, what comes out is the screen where the vid plays, and whatever is playing on DivX, is what is in the pic. I used Prt Scrn, then pasted it on paint. Any suggestions how to just get that moment in the vid?

do you have animation shop, PSP, and windows movie maker? If so put the episode into Windows Movie Maker. It will make a bunch of short clips of the anime. Then drag and drop the clips over to animation shop and you can at that point export each frame over to PSP and save it as a screen shot.

ehehe once again the linux user rules :D
on my media player (xine), i just click on the "snapshot" button. it saves the screenshot to my home directory and i can take more screenshots easily and without pausing to open paint or PS. well im sure there is a better program for windows... but i dont know of anything. sorry i couldnt help
