Yeah, i know you are ALL intrigued by the amazing variation of Soul Slayers, and i know you people who read and watch Bleach have picked some favorites. tell me which ones and why :)
Its obviously not gonna be Zaraki Kenpachis...
My vote goes to Byakuyas..

I do read the manga.. So it wouldnt be spoiling.. at least to me it isnt..
Hitsugayas Soul Slayer is pretty cool, being able to control the weather!!

I think hes talking about the guy chad fought. And I like the 13ht capatian's (raukia's captain) sword but you wont see that untill later.

ichigo wears zangetsus jacket, and his slayer is a cool black katana.
renjis sword is very impressive, he wears some ape skin jacket complete with ape skull, then the sword itself is a huge chain of bones finishing with a giant ape skull.

Like i said, i posted it here because not many people out there read the manga like us :( so its more likely to be seen here!

it is a good thread- just that many people wont be able to help it but to spoil. and many cant work around theories by pretension especially knowing full well that the manga has all the info
u can just trot to the manga section and post the thread - the same one overthere and ask the mods to close this one

I find Tousen's bankai to be the most disturbing however....
Byakuya's soul slayer is somewhat....gay. I mean its a bunch of flower petals, what rose doesnt prick your finger.

As a "nonManga bleacher" i would say:
if we talk about their strength i would say:
Zarakis :wink:
hmmm i dont know may Byakugas or ... I dont understand Ichigos very well. May someone explain it for me how his Bankai works.
So i say Ichigos Zanpakuto (Zangetsu)
If we talk about their appearance i would say:
Hitsugaya Toushiros of course !!
There is no other Zanpakuto that fits so good to its master.

well ichigo's bankia is small because it's suppose to make him faster and stuff but yet it's power full and you may not understand it because zangetsu hasn't teached him any thecniques for it yet but that black wave thingy his hollow side was using might be one.

the one i like and really have been dreaming of seeing hasnt even been awoken yet- zarakis. Not to say the least if i want to fight anyone i would like to go with Aizens zanpakutou- such a tricksy powerful thingy.

The bankai soul slayer that can scatter, does that look familiar to any of you!?!? It looks like garras sand to me, thats all I could think of while watching that fight pink blades of sand!!

tousen has a really strong bankai. but he himself is weak, i would say that he is not worth his sword. if kempachi had it omg. but probably kempachi would never use it. it isnt his style.

there are more than one ways of becoming strong, tou sen focused on powering up his soul slayer. Ken choose just to become a better fighter. Ken's way is better apperently. Plus you cant say he does not deserve his sword, his sword is him, isnt it? (extention of the spirit right?)

I dont think you are just "given" bankai at random, tou sen trained in ways diffirent from ken,
I "think" the reason Tousen Bankai is the way it is because he trained heavily in stealth and what not.

i would go with his bankai it is deadly.

ichigo is the best with his condensed black knife
and his costume is ridiculous
and his attack the hollow did, it was absolutely cool
and his speed o so crazy
i think hitsougaya is one of the best too cuz the water freezes you
it's so crazy
i hope aizen brings out some krzy shat afterwards when he fights a strong person

I gotta side with AK on this one, doubling the weight of something, I don't know if it's just soulslayer's or if it's anything he wants to double the weight of. But that's the best ability, just imagine his Bankai. And in appearance, I think the coolest looking ones imo are Benihime, Zangetsu of course, and Zabimaru.

I thought when Urahara trained with Ichigo that was Benihime's true form. Cause you know, Zangetsu and Benihime both have the same type of technique, so since Zangetsu is always in its true form, maybe it's the same for Benihime.
I really want to see Gin and Aizens bankais. I can only imagine how powerful Aizens bankai could be. His shikai is badass enough as it is.
I think the 5th seat from kenpachis squad has a sweet bankai too. The one that drains reitsu. I mean he defeated Tousens vice-captain without breaking a sweat. Would be interesting to see him fighting against someone like Kenpachi or Ichigo. I wonder if his zenpaktou would even drain enough from Kenpachi to bother him lol
I really like Ichinose's Zanpaktou now, that Rainbow Haze is awesome. I just can't put my finger on what it actually does. I think it makes a colorful fog that allows him to teleport himself or his blade to anywhere in the confines of the fog. Or it just camoflauges him and his sword so he can use Shyunpa to slice up his "blinded" foe. Anything else you guys think it does?
