And up until recentlyher personality sucked to me. What has Sasuske ever done for her? Can you name 2 things? What about Naruto? Yet how many times has she slugged Naruto vs Sasuske? There is nothing that Naruto wouldn't do for her but until recently she has treated him like total garbage. From beginning of Naruto to probably the last few months of manga, she sucked in all aspects. Personality was dodgy with Sasuke this and that, she was useless in battles and just ends up crying lol, she always think she's better than other ppl and talk down on them (like Naruto) etc. Her looks weren't even that good either. At least with the last few releases she looks somewhat a bit more decent but need more time to tell how "less" she sucks from before.

I think that her medical skills are probably almost as powerful as Tsunade's. But her fighting techniques are still fairly weak. I'd place her on about the same level as a typical Jounin in combat, good... but not good enough to face 1v1 against high level Nins like Akatsuki or Orochimaru.

Probably she'll just be in the backrow for most fights, helping people recover quickly.

This is the manga section isn't it? Sakura is definetely a Chunin in fact they all are except Naruto and Neji. Neji is a Jounin. There were no special circumstances either. They have a Chunin exam every year. 2 and a half years have passed. I'm sure she passed one of those. I think she is very strong but I still think she is out of her league with akatsuki. She may surprize Chiyo but don't expect much. At most Chiyo may weaken Sasori enough for Sakura to finish him off. Or she hold up enough for Gai's team to come to there aide.

I am pretty sure her boobs are naturally like that,even when she was young (not the jiraya calling her flat chested scene,I mean the scene with her younger brother and her love) she was developing pretty well,do not say things you have no proof of.
