Anyone know what will be coming to Toonami in September? I know Yu Yu Hakusho is saying bye-bye, along with Justice League, and Cyborg 009. That leaves DBZ still alive and 3 time slots to fill. I know Immortal GPX and SD Gundam are coming to Toonami in September, that makes three known shows in the line-up. Any idea what the fourth show will be?

well, looks like DB is back on Toonami and starting back up where it left off with the death of Kuririn and the introduction of King Piccolo. I guess Cyborg 009 will finish out its run in a week or so, then bow to Immortal Grand Prix. Anyone know what the Hell IGPX and SD Gundam are about? I heard this SD Gundam isn't done by the Japanese, but by America. I wonder when SEED will be on Toonami...

As I posted in another message board, here is what IGPX is about.
If any of you have seen commercials on Cartoon Network about a "IGPX", this is what it is.
Given that it had "IG" in it, I could've only guessed that Production I.G. (the creators behind FLCL, Blood, and Ghost in the Shell, etc.) had to be involved.
IGPX is pretty much a special event that will go on for a week on the Toonami block. Similar to Toonami's other events in the past years over the summers and such (Lockdown, etc.).
It will air the week of September 15th. And yes, IGPX is a little mini series type thing. 5 minute episodes each day.
So in other words, in a nutshell, IGPX is a little mini series that Production I.G. and Cartoon Network worked on and to celebrate their release, Toonami will be airing the mini series aswell as make it a one-week event.
Here is the story:
It is the year 2035. Team Suzaku and Team Sledge Mamma are preparing to meet in the final round of the 12th Immortal Grand Prix (IGPX). Takeshi leads Team Suzaku, which is made-up of a group of young amateur pilots who must make the most of their limited funds and weaponry in order to prepare for the competition designed for professionals. Team Sledge Mamma consists of three professional, cybernetic opponents who are known to be merciless and have remained undefeated throughout this year's competition.
Each IGPX battle matches two teams with 3 Mechs, high tech fighting machines. Utilizing any form of weaponry within the regulated weight limit, the pilots of these fighting machines must defeat all of the Mechs belonging to the opposition. The pilots are protected from injury during battle in a Hide Shell. Once a Mech is significantly damaged during competition, the Hide Shell is ejected. After achieving 12 victories in previous rounds, two teams advance to the championship competition.
Sounds a bit like Zoids to me.. but.. oh well. I don't even watch Toonami.

I read somewhere that Witch Hunter Robin & Wolf's Rain would be coming to Cartoon Network sometime next year.
you know that would be awesome....I've always wanted to see WHR but can't get any downloads for (it would be great if anyone new where to get some)..and Wolfs Rain...what a great anime....i wish the last 4 eps would come out already! they are prolly gonna be OVAs and make people buy them...

Hmmmm, I've tried to find WHR also, I have the series on VCD's but the last few seconds of the last episode are missing.. not that it ruins the story, but it would be nice to see it all.
It's a great series by the way I recommend it to everyone.
Supernova.org did have it for awile but it's gone now.
As far as the last few ep's of Wolf's Rain... I understand they will be released with the DVD's so it'll be awhile... I knew after seeing episde 26 that it wasn't really over.

If they ever took out anime from CN the ratings would drop really fast.

Yea but i shure that most of us watched the Adult Swim block only. If they were to cut the Adult Swim block. CN would lose some serious vewers.
