Actually his name is Vizard, and he seems to want Ichigo to join "them" i.e. the other hollow shinigamis. how he knows Ichigo is a Hollow/Shinigami is beyond me but he defintetly is a bad guy.

Yeah sorry got my translations mixed up. What he is a hollow/shinigami, however the group he belongs is called Vizard. His name is Hirako sorry for the confusion. But he still wants Ichigo to join them (the other shinigami/hollows of Vizard) he says something along the lines of "Come to us Ichigo" and "You don't belong to that side" (I guess hes refering to the shinigamis here). Some speculation in other forums is that this Vizard group is a group that works seperatley of Azien and that there may be no connection between the two of them. This is important cause it actually might mean that he is not all that bad then what i first suspected. However that creepy mask of his says otherwise ;)

sweet!! ichigos father is a shinigami this is so interesting! oh and ishida's father is a quincy but i dont like ishida so i dont really care, even though his dad seems to be cool(seems he is evil) also why is kon being such a coward with ichigos body? i know that he is being chased by a weird hollow thing but when they introduced kon he seemed really powerful...he was really fast and could jump like crazy...idk its weird to me
