hmm seems big shurikens have become part of narutos strategy now. great. when was the last time a friggin shuriken worked, seriously. basic ninjas dont get killed by projectile weapons, they aint gonna do shit against akatsuki members.i didnt really like this chapter. theyve managed to stall the fighting for another week. the only cool part of this arc so far has been gai opening 6 gates and neji knowing range techniques

I don't that you guys should look too much into that shuriken scroll. I think the scroll is along the same lines as TenTens scroll. It's just easier to carry around a tiny scroll as it is to carry around a whole bunch of shiriken.

Although the Big Rasengan was pretty cool, I hope that with 2 1/2 years of training that isn't one of his coolest jutsus. Its cute, but it should be a standard one now. If somehow Naruto can link a hidden jutsu to his shuriken that no one knows about yet, it'd be a start. So far though, they portray Naruto to still be the idiot that rushes into things and a little over emmotional. Hopefully they reinstitute Naruto's unique cleverness somewhere down the line.

the body flicker didnt use shurikens, the body flicker was type of teleportation, the shurikens that yondaime used were to allert him where the enemy is, he planted the same marker on the foot of that hidden stone ninja, when he saved kakashi from the sword, thats how he used the body flicker, the seal he pasted on the foot let yondaime know where the enemy is

Let's not start the "He's lower rank, so he's weaker" bs again. He wasn't in any villages that we know of while training with Jiraiya for about 2 1/2 years, how's he supposed to take the test while hiding out and training? Sakura's even a chuunin, she's strong similar to Tsunade now, but does that mean she can beat Naruto in a fight easily? Please, let's not start that argument again...

I think he putteed this shuriken so that he can possibly jump back into the cave by some teleportation stuff, I mean he wouldn't have just used this huge shuriken if it wasn't for a better reason than trying to hurt sasori or deidara, he has rasengan if he really wants to hurt someone...

265: Chiyo baa and Sakura

so it is after all Chiyo baa that has to be relied on. Working together the two of them (Chiyo and Sakura) finally destroy/crush Sasori's puppet (Hiruko - name of the puppet). Even the head is blown away. Sasori's true form gradually appears, but is it another puppet? Looking foward to next week's chapter.

I was really suprised when Chiyo baa reveals how she controlled Sakura's movement with Chakra strings... but Sasori suprised me more when he showed up not aged in years. I think he probably went and treated his own body like one of his puppets to make something that looked but isn't immortality... maybe...

I really wasn't suprised by this chapter... I mean (spoiler) of course granny would be able to use puppet strings and be awesome she was prolly the best in the bloodline until her grandson.
