He isnt Rukias "biological brother". The brother were talkign about is the captain who can like teleport, Renji is his luitenant. Rukia was jsut adopted in his family.

Renji is just a childhood friend of Rukias.

Yeah, he is strong, hes the calm but crazy type. If you watched the Jump Festa, he tells his sword to scatter, then his blade turns into freakin flower petals (like cherry blossoms falling) i wonder what his sword can do like that.. amazing
