Time for me to create a new and interesting thread. Long time I haven't created one...
I wanted to discuss this topic because I am Neji and Sasuke fan and I am wondering how many different feats can be done by using their blood limits.
First, let me list Uchiha known powers:
- Read Movements, which means to understand and predict them.
- Copy jutsus, which means to copy any jutsu involving movement, seal performing and simple chakra flow.
- Reveal Genjutsu: You see Genjutsus as sources of Chakra.
- See external chakra flow (that's why I think it can read chakra flow needed to perform jutsus beside just seal performing). We could see this on the Kakashi gaiden when Obito with just his 2 dot sharingan could see the chakra on his palm.
- Perform Genjutsu. As Kakashi did with Zabuza. And also, Gai mentioned that he learned to fight against sharingan with Kakashi so Tsukiyomi is not the only illussion sharingan can create. Also, in the Snow Country movie, Kakashi used it against the princess.
- Legendary Jutsu #1: Tsukiyomi (God of the Moon): A powerful Genjutsu that can kill your soul and trap you in a mental world where time is at the control of the user.
- Legendary Jutsu #2: Amaterasu (God of the Sun). A powerful laser-like beam that produces a deadly black fire that can destroy and kill just by sight. The fact that is like a killer sight laser-like is revealed in the PSX videogame Narutimate Hero 2.
- Legendary Jutsu #3: Corresponding to the third god of Japanese Mythology, it should be called Susanowo and its powers haven't been revealed yet.
Potential Powers:
- Read lips. (As seen when Naruto and Sakura got the bells from Kakashi).
- Mimic signatures. (As Itachi did with his best friend).
- Draw photo-like sketches. ( This is something of my own logic, because sharingan is like a powerful memory "recording" of movements, so it can probably memorize forms and lines and you could make a very detailed drawing ).
Other Uchiha Specialties:
- Fire Jutsus. After all, the Uchiha fans symbolizes a fan which controls fire.
- Blades: Sharingan Windmill jutsu, shurinken, kunai, and shadow shuriken, etc. They train hard with them.
Ok.. this is for Uchiha.
Hyuuga Powers: Starting with Byakugan, which is like a psychic sight that can:
- See thing through.
- Almost 360 degrees of vision.
- Read internal movements and with that, emotions.
- Understand material composition (Neji did it with Kidoumaru's golden skin).
- See spiritual things like chakra, chakra circulatory system.
- Telescopic vision.
Potential Powers:
- See in complete darkness, which is a great advantage for a shinobi.
- They should be able to see your internal systems, nerves, bones, muscles, even your stomach and find your weakness or predict your movements with that. That may be controlled with different seals a Neji did when he saw Shino's skeleton and his bugs.
- To understand mechanisms of traps and machines by looking though.
- Could become great medical ninjas by seeing inside bodies and creating various effects, good or bad.
Other Hyuuga's Powers:
- Another Hyuuga blood limit is Jyuuken: to be able to expel chakra shots with your chakra pores and attack tenketsus, inner organs (circulatory system) and make physical damage with chakra force.
- To be able to control all the chakra pores in your body. I do think this ability was developed over generations because Hyuugas were able to see inside their own bodies so they could learn to control things inside them like their chakra pores.
- 6th Sense: This is probably an advanced Hyuuga trait that Hiashi showed when his brother was angry at Hinata.
Other Hyuuga's Specialties:
- Taijutsu: Their jutsu style is unique and powerful even without using Jyuuken. Neji used it to defeat Lee when they practiced, and he didn't use Jyuuken.
As you can see, there are many powers available to them. But also some similarities: They can both see Chakra flow and possibly illusions in a similar way.
