I don't think kisame could be that weak either gai used his 6th gate on a mizu bunshin or more probably in the end gai's all scared ans sez "H-he's" so maybe gai realizes that he has a monster sealed in him...cuz if thats the case gai is gone!and also how the hell did Itachi beat all of them i thought the sand sibling would be strong or something....and their all useless!!!!!!!

He opened 6 out of 8 gates.

and you got to remember how much power flows through him when he opens that many gates. i truly wouldnt be surprised if he was down for the count.

no its not cuase if you look at the lower right hand of the last page you see his body with all of them standing over it ig it was a mizubunshin then you would see a puddle

it may be a really strong Mizubunshin, which wouldn't be to much of a strecth since they said that Kisame had the most chakra out of all members of Atasuki...
Gai may be getting ready to say: "H-He's... just a Mizubunshin!" There really isn't much to go on here though, it could go one of many ways. He's either dead, a mizubunshin, getting ready to get up, or an android (jk).
