Zabuza/Kisame major similarities

Have you all noticed how similar Kisame is to Zabuza? The use of almost the exact weapon, the water clones(which could just be a same village thing) its kinda funky how they have two characters not linked in any way so similar.

dude u dont pay much attention do u. remember when kisame and itachi rocked up in konoha all those chapters ago? kisame knew zabuzas name after kakashi mentioned it. they are both mist nins and furthermore both part of the group of 7 swordsmen from mist village (i forget the actual name). which is why they both have big ass swords

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't it seem like when Kisame had Gai's students captured, that they were choking/drowning? When Kakashi was in Zabuza's water prison, he wasn't struggling for air or anything.

dont know, small detail that is added, not everyone was struguling for AIR, maybe kakashi didnt have that much trouble with it

Maybe kakashi could use chakra to convert water to air or even use chakra as his air supply.

I'm pretty sure that there's some sort of ability they use to allow them to spend long periods of time underwater... isn't that a Ninja signature move?

It's probably some sort of body control, they're able to make their body require less oxygen allowing them to stay without air for long periods.

lol! you never know what kakashi can do we havent seen the origin of his training he may know other techs. that no one else has considered attempting yet
